We loved the location - small town, quiet, and convenient for our 3 day stay in Slovenia. It was wonderful having 2 rooms on the ground floor as 2 of us don't do well with stairs. Plenty of parking and access to coffee and tea in the evening was a nice surprise. Accommodation was lovely and breakfast was a big plus-variety was wonderful. Sasha was kind, sweet and very helpful. We really appreciated our laundry being done while we played 😁 Thanks for a lovely stay and great conversation!

We chose Turizem Loka because it was within walking distance of the town centre, has easy access to the countryside, was a decent price, and got good reviews. It was even better than expected! Sasa and her husband collected us at the station (vey early, after a night train), offered us breakfast though we weren't due to check in until later, and took lots of interest in our activities while were there, always remembering details about our interests. The apartment was spotless, and Sasa leant us bikes one day and then declined to let us pay for the hire (she said she was not an expert on bikes and her husband was not there that day to advise). Great breakfast with lots of choice and freshly made eggs. Also, we never heard a sound from other guests at night, even though lots of big groups came and went at the time we were there.

The lady at reception was wonderful. She gave us suggestions for restaurants that would be open on a Sunday night. We picked one and it was very good. The rooms are dorm-like and comfortable. There is a lot of space in the room. The bathroom is also large. We walked into town and really enjoyed it. We slept well, but the rooster woke us up. Breakfast was delicious and we all enjoyed it very much. We had a rental van and parking was easy.

Our son and his girlfriend were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. (We didn't expect one. It was just harder on them to get to their room.) The morning rooster was surprising. Our son and daughter in the front didn't hear him.

The location was good, very quiet and quaint village. Parking available on hotel grounds, free of charge. Room was comfortable, adequate size, with a nice play area for kids which included a tree house, trampoline and monkey rings. Host also gave us some great recommendations for exploring around the area.

The location was great, easy walking distance to Skofja Loka, which was really pretty. It's a friendly family run hotel. Safe secure storage for our bicycles, as we are touring Slovenia on bicycles. Lovely outside seating areas and a pretty garden. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice, fresh homemade crepes and we had freshly cooked scrambled eggs.

We only stayed one night but we wished we had stayed longer.

The host is extremely friendly, helpful and approachable. We stayed in the family room (5 people). Room was very clean. There is a TV, mini bar and air conditioner in the room. There is also free WiFi. Breakfast is great - homemade pancakes (crepes), homegrown tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers as well as boiled mini sausages and a variety of meats and cheeses, several types of bread, yogurts, cereals and juices. The hotel was very clean and location was less than 10 minutes of walk from the medieval old town center! Free parking in front of the hotel.

The place was extremely clean! The location was great for a stop by when traveling. We were very impressed by the amazing breakfast. The village has a calm ambiance and it’s a great place to visit if you’re looking for leisure!

The room we stayed in was underground so it wasn’t very pleasant, but it didn’t bother us much.

The owner is extremely nice and hospitable. After I accidentally reserved the room for the wrong dates, she offered to change the reservation without any issues. Because we planned to come much earlier, all the double rooms were already taken, but she arranged a bigger room for us (for the same price). In the end she even offered us a lift, when she saw that we didn't come by car. Amazing.

The stay was incredible. The only problem for me personally what that the jacuzzi smelled too much like the chemicals in the water and it made me cough.

We really enjoyed our stay at Turizem Loka, even though we stayed there during the thunderstorms and flood. The staff was super friendly, they even offered to pick us up at the bus station. The room was clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. We felt very welcomed there and they were very keen to make our stay as nice as possible. It was very close to the city center too.

We always enjoy coming to this accommodation. The hosts are very kind and hospitable, and we never lack for anything. Our room was perfect, we slept well, and as usual, there was a wide variety of delicious food to choose from for breakfast. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
