Outstanding view of Camps Bay and along Seven Sisters, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. If you are looking for a property that exceeds expectations and is more personal than a standard chain hotel, please consider Atlantic View.

Property itself was stunning sitting atop Camps Bay with clear views of the ocean, lions head and table mountain. However, the best part of our stay was the staff and attention to detail. The hotel manager Sven as well as the other staff members were extremely professional, kind, and regularly checked in to see if we had everything we need. The breakfast, dinner, and canapés were delicious, and the pool area was very relaxing. We were always looking forward to happy hour where we drank delicious local wines before dinner. I strongly recommend to stay here if you’re looking for elite personalized services in a beautiful, safe and convenient location in Cape Town.

Our stay was truly exceptional. The peaceful ambiance and warm hospitality made it the perfect retreat after a long day of running the Cape Town Marathon. The friendly staff welcomed us with a refreshing drink and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped, and the mini-bar was a convenient touch. Room service from the restaurant was prompt and delicious. The breakfast buffet was a delightful way to start the day, offering a wide range of hot and cold options. The location in Camps Bay was ideal, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the main area. And to top it all off, the breathtaking views were simply stunning. The host team personalised our stay based on our requirements. This was really thoughtful of them!

This boutique hotel exceeded expectation in every way for our four night stay. We were greeted enthusiastically upon arrival and every possible need or want we had was met with a smile by staff. Their attention was professional but genuine. The accommodations were well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable. Top-notch meals as well. We returned to stay an additional night at the end of our Safari in Botswana before flying back to the USA and it felt like coming home. We are so happy with our decision to stay at Atlantic View Hotel.

I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Brilliant location, offering easy and quick access into Camps Bay and also Table Mountain National Park. We were able to walk out of the hotel and be walking up into the mountain pathways within 15 mins! While also being less than a 5 min Uber ride to the beach. However, the best thing about the Atlanticview Hotel is the staff. There are too many qualities to list, but their attention and focus was really special. A wonderful stay.

My only piece of feedback is to get a running machine for the gym, other than that-a perfect stay.

Location and premises were as advertised

The attitude of the senior male at Reception was on and off. And one of the waitors. (including a text I got over the app from Owner Greg) abit offensive in tone considering I was the one constantly communicating about my stay. Maybe a little consistency to make guests feel welcomed. Black guests in general and not just the white ones. Female staff (as well as guards and barmen was stellar) Attitude matters. Please. If you going to open the place to all...treat them all with the same respect. I shouldnt have to feel offended on holiday.

The hotel is in the best location with mountain and ocean view,we arrived very late and someone was waiting for us to check on and escorted us to our beautiful penthouse with amazing views. The hotel has amazing art pieces and furniture. The hosts were amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. Everything we requested at short notice was delivered. Lizane & Rebecca were great. They went out of their way to make my wife's birthday special. The overall experience at the hotel was top tier the service is amazing. A big thank you to the chef. Not forgetting the open bar 😀

We loved the size of the hotel, 9 rooms in total with french doors opening onto our own spacious terrace. We were in the Royal Suite (Room 7) which had a sea view, direct access to both infinity heated swimming pools, view of Lions Head Kopjie & Table Mountains. The facilities in the room and around the hotel were incredible. The quality and presention of the food was outstanding, the staff were friendly, helpful and went beyond. I could spend the whole day writing this rewiew with all good things but don't have the time. All I can say is that I will definitley pick this accoommodate again and the Atlanticview Cape Town Boutique Hotel certainly is a Five Star hotel.

The location offers fantastic views over the ocean, with stunning sunsets. It’s small, so has an intimate feel. Modern, stylish design throughout. Bed incredibly comfortable.The free wine and canapés after sunset, and the in-suite breakfast were also a lovely touch. The best part is the staff, who are absolutely charming and go well out of their way to make one’s stay as pleasurable as possible.

The floor heating in our bathroom and bed area did not seem to be working and before our arrival the air conditioning was left on at a chilly 16°C, but it was a minor issue and didn’t really detract from the pleasure of our stay

The location, including exceptional view as one could expect in Camps Bay.

Several moments where the reception was unattended (although possible to ring the reception desk bell and someone would always appear relatively quickly) which should not happen in a hotel of that standard (5*) and pricing. No receptionist (security only) at late night hours. BTW, we would expect the reception to be attended 24/7 in a 5* hotel. The personnel seems not to communicate well between shifts which resulted in a morning wake up 1h ahead of what we requested for breakfast. A bit awkward communication from the owners who, when asked if they could accommodate a masseur that we knew from the past and another venue, wrote the whole litany on how this other place was overrated and terrible, while a simple “no” for insurance reasons (if really the case) would have been enough.
