We loved everything about this property! One has the best view in Cape Town overlooking Bloubergstrand and the iconic table mountain. The apartment was clean, well equipped and so centrally located. It was also nice to have a working fire place to keep us warm on those chilly days and they even have wood available to purchase. The kind and helpful Joan who helped us check in was on hand to answer any questions and went over and above to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We cannot wait to be back in Bokkombaai again!!

It is one of the few houses directly at the beach. We could park in our own garage and access the house from there. In the house we found everything what we needed. Even drinking water from a tap. The view to Cape Town is fantastic. We also liked Bloubergstrand because it is not so touristic as other places, but you can get everything what you want. Anton was a great host, who explained us everything. He was there when we arrived and took care when we had problems with the Wifi.

If it is windy you cannot stay on the roof terrace. But the house additionally has a balcony, which is better wind protected.

the view is amazing to the table mountain and the bed was very comfortable. It is very quite you only hear the wind and the ocean. there was still light and wifi during the load sheddings.

it was very windy. most of the days it was impassible to access the Terrasse. it’s nothing one can do about really. but next time we might stay somewhere less windy.

The location is very nice and also the appartment is very comfortable and the owners are available for questions and additional information. All in all a very good experience during our stay.

Charging a below 2 year old baby with the full price of an extra adult is something that was unusual to see for me.

Well appointed apartment with a fantastic location and a fabulous view. All amenities were provided.

Security precautions at the property, even by South African standards, were a little excessive. An alarm system and 5 sets of keys made it feel more like a prison rather than a holiday getaway. Didn't enjoy spending so much time entering and leaving the apartment.The burden of security was placed too heavily on the guests and this was overemphasised at check-in. This could be streamlined. Perhaps consider electric fencing and reduce number of doors to be opened. The lack of a sea-facing balcony was a pity although this is something that may be remedied. Finally, given the price, the living area could do with an upgrade. Apart from this, we really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront property.

The oven and stove were a little difficult to figure out - there are instructions but still a little complicated.

This was the third time we stayed at Bokkombaai, and again, they were very accommodating when we requested early occupation.

There's not anything we did not like as it felt like home.
