The breakfast was good. The rooms were kept neat and clean by the staff. The staff were friendly, and the hosts were helpful and friendly. The premises were well kept and safe, parking close to rooms. Nice seating outside the room. Spacious room. Would prefer a shower door, not curtain. Well ventilated, air-conditioned room. Close to the beach, dry cleaning and shops. Peaceful, safe neighborhood.

The communal lounge/ kitchen was locked by the guest occupying the room in that space, and he got upset when we attempted to use the communal space. Not sure if he was not made aware of the message we received about the lounge/kitchen in his unit being communal.

The rooms were modern and a decent size and the staff absolutely fabulous and friendly. Breakfast was good and served its purpose. Security was also very good. Close to facilities and amenities and easy to get to.

The plug points at the dressing table compete with the fridge and it doesn't have a good mirror height for makeup or doing hair. I often think women's needs are not considered in many facilities.

The management and staff are so loving and welcoming. They really have good hospitality. The owners really take care of their customers, they ensure their safety in and out of their facilities, they can go all the way out to make sure that your stay is memorable. The location of the area is secure and peaceful, it is so quite day and night. I really enjoyed my stay there and to be honest I found a home there🥰🥰🙏🙏

The host Craig is fantastic, he made contact with us before we were due. We arrived late due to unforeseen circumstances, we kept in contact and he was waiting for us when we arrived. The staff and room are above expectations. We highly recommend Aloes No 21.

Clean area. Very welcoming host, friendly staff. Most of all, the room smells really good, that was my first impression as soon as I got in. I absolutely recommend the place.

The only thing I did not like, was the dry bacon during the breakfast. Neither than that, all was good.

I booked the place as a birthday celebration for my husband, he trally enjoyed our stay, it is super stafe, and so far Aloes 21 were the only ones that had breakfast included.

My husband and I stayed at Aloes for a friends wedding, when we arrived we were received a warm welcome from the owner Craig, he showed us all the amenities as well as some information on the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious, clean well decorated. Our room was next to the garden which is beautiful and has amazing views for those who want to take a few pictures. The staff was also very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Amanzimtoti.

The Garden is stunning. I felt so spoilt by the massive breakfast and all the options at breakfast The room is large and beautifully appointed. Craig (the Host) is hands-on, and takes a genuine interest in his guests. The staff are sincere and always smiling

Nothing not to like at Aloes No. 21 - seriously!

Breakfast sufficient. Rooms spacious & clean with good ambiance. Flexibility with late arrival provided with prior arrangement. No late arrival penalties.

Nothing specifically disliked - will stay again if opportunity arise.
