The room with an ocean view, cleanliness, comfort and friendliness of the manager.

The attitude of one staff member from the time she received it us at the reception on arrival untill we left. She displayed unfriendliness, lacked courtesy, hostile and lacked ordinary good manners and customer care. She was tje omly damper to our special stay.

Very well designed B&B. The room was excellent! Very comfortable, enough powerpoints. The room gets cleaned every day. Great breakfast! Joyce and the staff were always friendly and professional! Terrace is not part of the room, but a large space looking over the ocean, you can see the horizon from one side to the other side... The best view in Toti!

Loadshedding! It is too hot in the room when the aircon doesn't work.

The view fr the deck is amazing, facilities are generally very clean and the bed was super comfy and the mini bar is well stocked. Breakfast was also very nice.

The remote for the main gate needed to be pressed really hard for it to work, shower kept getting hot and cold sporadically and the air conditioner is quite noisy.

The bathroom is a bit small and the toilet is situated behind the shower with little space between the shower wall, causing us to bump our toes against the wall on a few occasions. It would also be nice to have a bit of fresh milk for our coffee in the room. The two small milks on offer is hardly enough to make our coffee white. A small container with fresh milk in the fridge should be nice.

It was peaceful and had a beautiful ocean view. The breakfast staff were very friendly and the food was tasty. We also appreciated the Easter cupcake that was given.

The bed was hard and a bit uncomfortable for us. We also did not like that the "Side Sea View" was out a small window, we thought we would have a bit more of a view. The receptionist was also not friendly.

The manager is professional and energetic Ohh the pool. Super clean with warm water. The view is calm and relaxing . They operate like a 5 star.

I waited for long at the gate no one attending us and the reception was not up to standard however it’s not all of them . I think taking the staff for training on how to treat and welcome guests is important

The ocean view from the deck was beautiful. To have a bar fridge with snacks was very thoughtful after a long day of travelling.

I wish they had an option where you could order wine or something to make the stay even more special. Have to switch on the AC before arrival.

It was a wonderful experience! The owner was extremely accommodating from the get go, and we felt at home as soon as we set our feet on the premises. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and efficient in everything they did! Everything was clean and neat, ALWAYS! We had such a lovely view and felt relaxed every minute we spent there. This will most definitely be my “go-to-place” when visiting Amanzimtoti again! Thank you for an exceptional stay!

Bath towels were thread bare and need replacing. On one occasion cleaning staff moved all my belongings from one counter to another. I don't like it when people tuch my stuff
