The place was perfect and clean. Loved that we had a private pool and swam alone as a family. Sis' Gugu was my favourite. Such a lovely lady! I will definitely come back.

Only issue was the slow Wi-Fi and that the remote did not work.

I absolutely loved the peace and tranquility of the property, the incredible views, private pool (very well maintained), fresh sea air, accessibility to the beach and shops around the corner. This was a wonderful stay, although too short - the cleaners and receptionists were very friendly. Both night time receptionist (forgot her name) and Gugu - are such gems, very friendly, helpful and efficient. Will definitely be back.

WIFI connectivity was very low. Damp in rooms (cupboard and ceiling) - not major, but ventilation needs to be looked into.

View from the balcony, safely walk to the beach, clean beach, close to all amenities, safe parking reserved for each unit, appliances were clean.

Bar fridge which is not suitable for self catering, it could not fit most of the meat & seafood. Access to the beach was via main Gate when we should access it from within the resort. The resort has gates within but was locked. We not safe when walking out the resort on the road to the beach as this area is quiet.

Stunning view. Very close to the beach. Secure parking. Air-conditioned. Lovely place to take a break.

On day 2, we had a parking issue. Parking spaces are marked per unit. And that's where you are allowed to park. After a long day, out came back, and my parking was taken by another unit. That did cause discomfort cause we had to wait to get another parking space. And we could not be close to our unit.

Smart TV's are the way to go nowadays. There was no mop There was only one toilet roll for the entire duration of our stay, and when asked for one at night of the second day of our stay, the guy said I should've asked from the ladies on a day shift :(

The staff is amazing and always friendly and helpful. The location is a walking distance to the beach. The unit was big enough for all of us, the beds were comfortable. The place was nice and quiet, just what we needed. The place is so close to the ocean, we could hear the waves crush at night, soothing. The unit had all the utensils you would use at home. It is literally home away from home. This is the 2nd time I stayed here, and definitely not the last time.

I wish they could air the unit before we check in, the humidity and the heat was a bit heavy. It smelt like the place has not been aired in a while, but after opening windows and switching aircon on, everything was OK.

It was in a nice and private location. The property was well laid out and could be navigated with ease. Great views of the ocean… and a cool 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Primary issue was the Wi-Fi, we were off line much of our stay. We were also not pleased with being ambushed with the R550 “Breakage Deposit”. We would have had no issue with paying it, had we just been aware of it beforehand. It was R500 when you pay cash but when it’s by card you get charged an additional R50 which isn’t refundable, and the refund takes days to reflect.

I really like the location It's so beautiful and the staff is excellent I came a bit early and it didn't bother them

The only thing that really bothered me There is no access to the beach. There is a Broken gate but it' Locked By the swimming pool. I don't like Going Out in the street to go to the beach. I really hope they can fix that. And put in a pin access or a token access on that smal gate

The apartment was home away from home. We had WORKING aircons which was truly a blessing! Thank you. We had privacy and felt safe which is so important for my family and I. The staff were helpful and the beach was a stroll away.

The wifi worked in certain parts of the apartment and the tv channels were a bore. Didn't bother me too much though because we were out most of the time.
