Very pleasant staff. Room was very well suited for its purpose - clean, comfortable. Bar and restaurant were very good. Sufficient parking. Good proximity to the N3 highway and central Hilton.

Cell reception at the property is awful - this seemed strange due to its proximity to the N3. Usually that corridor has very good connectivity. Room was not 100%: 1) toilet extractor was not working - which was understandably quite unpleasant. 2)Room safe was not bolted into the wall - could be removed easily. 3)Curtains were very light - no block out option available.

All the stuff are friendly including the waiters from the restaurant they are so welcoming. I forgot my cellphone and they managed to get it from me and put it in a safe place. Everything went well .

One thing I don’t like is water in our rooms, first day 1 bottle of water but following days no water you have to ask or buy your own. Water is everything and water is life, this is the second time this happening . Also the hotel when check in must declare what is and not working in the rooms example if air corn doesn’t work notify us from the start .

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff were amazing and the service levels excellent.

Weirdly the breakfast's were amazing but the restaurant food for lunch/dinner was awful. Maybe the expectations were high in the context of the rest of the hotel, but I would have a look at the chef's skills a little closer if I was management

The hotel is very nicely decorated and with lots of comfortable areas to relax in both inside and out. The room was great and the cleaner. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is a very nice place to return after a busy day out.

We tried to order from the A La Carte Menu and on two occasions were given avocados that had gone black in lots of areas. This was not impressive for a four star hotel. We complained on the second occasion as it looked terrible and were given a refund for that course.

Breakfast had nice arrays of food, Everything was fresh. Easy to find the hotel. Beautiful place! Kept the classical charm of the era! Frontline staff were very welcoming and our book-in was a breeze. The room was fresh and clean. Staff were good, kind and friendly.

The shower head does not cater for ladies who don’t want their hair to get wet. Not even a shower cap would work under a fixed ceiling shower head. The water temperature was inconsistent as it was difficult to get the right water temperature. I could not use the bath as the water just drizzled out the tap, not even a cupful of water.

i like how it felt like a hidden Gem. the rooms were perfect, with air-conditioning. the staff helped a lot. and the kitchen closes late which allowed my family to atleast eat after coming back from a long day.

the over night staff seem to not know what they were doing. i asked for an iron and they gave me one with a burnt marks on it which stained my clothes when i tried to iron with it.

The service and friendly staff that go out of their way to assist you. Peaceful, relaxing and quiet environment, you could hear a pin drop. Amazing pool area. The look and design of the hotel and that special touch having your welcome note being displayed on the screen ❤️❤️❤️I loved everything definitely planning on booking again and stay longer.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Close to necessary amenities and stores.

I booked a king suite and from the pictures it looked better and more spacious. However, on arrival at the property the room didn’t meet expectations and pictures on booking.com website. When I queries this at reception they mentioned that there are different types of king suites which I did not 100% manage to comprehend.

The hotel has recently been very nicely refurbished and is looking great. The staff were friendly and polite. The dining facility was good.

There should be a rule against people sitting in the dining and public areas with their cell phones on loud speaker. There was also a woman who took her shoes off and put her feet up on the wall seating in the dining room. She then proceeded to almost lie down and talk on her phone on the top of her voice whilst almost leaning on the guest at the next door table. Perhaps a few signs around the place will help teach people some basic manners/etiquette.

Loved the staff eccept for cleaning lady Jabu who was rude to my children. Tami was amazing and the room was very comfortable. I was misfortune abt the air-conditioning and having to change rooms 3 times and the key cards not working out Tami was amazing and nothing was to much trouble.
