The location is in a secured area, very close to shops . The host went all out for us , she kept on checking if we were still okay . The rooms were very big , spacious & clean .

Firstly they need to put atleast plates & microwave on the rooms . It’s inconvenience that’s thing of always have to ask for these. Secondly the pool needs some touch ups & to be cleaned . Lastly the lady who cleans need to work on her attitude . Sunday at 7am she kept on asking when are leaving it’s made us feel like we were not wanted there .

The house next to the property was very loud. And in the morning the cleaners knocked the door 20 times since 8am and didn’t go away while we didn’t want the room cleaned in between since we came there to sleep and rest so that was a bit annoying..

Friendly reception on arrival. Very helpful in terms of things to do and places of interest in Hluhluwe as we were provided with names, directions etc. Personal care in terms of the Owner always checking on us to see if we were comfortable. Place was cleaned daily, clean towels provided daily and very friendly staff

Very big and very clean room, with a nice huge terrace. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The shower was in the room, which was a bit funny in the beginning. You see that someone designed the rooms with love, and an eye for details. We came with the car, parking was very comfortable in front of the buildings.

The guest house is properly maintained, from the garden to the rooms. The host was very accommodating as I had a group of friends who were checking in and were arriving very late. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the garden and the pool, but at least my friends dipped in the pool in the middle of the night when they arrived :). My friends loved the complimentary chocolates,

We can highly recommend this lovely guest house in Santa Lucia! The hosts are really kind and help with everything. Even though we arrived late in the evening, Hennie took the time to explain everything (like trips in the national park, plan of the town, recommended restaurants etc.) to us. Our highlight was the breakfast which was the best we've had during our 3 weeks trip in South Africa!! Thank your for everything, Hennie & Ilze!

The host, i cant remember her name if shes Lesley but along those lines. She was very welcoming and friendly to us, especially after being disappointed from the BNB we previously booked in the same area, she really did her best its like she knew i wasnt coming from a good place. The breakfast was superb

Big rooms, beautiful garden, pool and braai facility. All you need for a relaxed evening after a day in the game reserve. The staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy, and we even had a visit by one of the owners of the guest house.

Decent size room, veranda and the outside braai area. The lady at the reception was extremely welcoming,friendly, helpful and polite.

Pillow a little hard, dust bin very small, tea, coffee and sachets of milk powder not refilled for the next day, it was done in one room but not in the other room.
