The place is clean…the bed was super comfortable..the food was not bad…staff member by the name of Kabelo and mercy 🥰🥰🥰the best🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 the view was amazing…

The safari was not worth the money….lione’s car was not comfortable…it was old and scary and we ddnt even see the animals…only buffalo 🦬 elephants 🐘 🥺🙁

The hotel offer exclusive English breakfast, top of the notch you eat until you drop. The hotel views is out of this world very tranquil and breathtaking pool bars. The hotel staff and restaurant staff is very kind and accomodative. I had a great experience which created beautiful cherished memories. I will definitely visit the hotel again with my kids to experience the spectacular kids services in the facility. I am a happy client, the duration of my stay was value for money.

The Pegasus pool bar close early for dinner orders and improve the list of A la carte Menue, its one of the same thing.

The Breakfast was moderate, the time for breakfast should be extended to 11h00, especially for those who are already in by 10h00.

Packing food while people are still eating. At least leave the food until 11:00 and stop allowing people to come in for breakfast after 10:00. The rush packing of food contributes to loss as most people start to dish even food that they may not eat and pack them on their table. At least, even if you pack the food, leave water and tea for those who might want to have tea after breakfast.

Everything was superb my kids loved everything.

Highly recommended for families. We had a great time celebrating Father’s Day with the kids.

It was great to have the buffet breakfast as the last time we went in May (2oth - 22nd) it was a la carte. the staff are very helful, super friendly and the views and spaces are really lovely.

It would be a good idea to actively attract more SA clientele. Does feel a little exclusive (and is thus empty). There are many ways of doing this and the reasons for doing this have shown great results in the nearby game lodges (especially during COVID). Your wine list and prices need serious attention. Expand your wine list and introduce and showcase a wider variety of our SA wines which are far more affordable.

The Hotel is Beautiful and clean, I enjoyed my stay and their facilities.  Room's are spacious and their food was amazing , Enjoyed their Breakfast buffet and Dinner. The massage we got was relaxing from. Amani Spa and Wellness.

Due to an emergency  back Home, upon arrival, Cancelled plans and checked out a day earlier.  Tried making arrangements with the Hotel in time before checking out. Booking.com calls went unanswered. I was promised the manager will call me back because she was on leave when I Left to make arrangements. Never got a call back. Tried several times to get assistance from the hotel because I've been planning to go back and visit Hoedspruit again for a longer stay for the holiday's. There's No sense of urgency to assist from the Hotel. Their after service is disheartening and unsatisfactory..

The rooms deserve particular mention - they're thoughtfully designed with comfortable furnishings that complement the safari aesthetic. The attention to detail in the accommodation made for a very comfortable stay. The food was another strong point, with the kitchen team delivering consistently excellent dishes. The quality and presentation of meals showed real skill and creativity in the kitchen.

While the overall experience was wonderful, it's worth noting that some aspects come with premium pricing. The bathrobes, while luxurious, are on the expensive side, and the meal prices are notably high, even for an upscale establishment.

The property is very well maintained, with multiple facilities on site like a spa and gym. There’s a lovely buffet breakfast that comes with the room. Rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable. There are 2 restaurants on site each with a bar. The hotel also assists with booking excursions like game drives and such. The spa treatments are excellent and this hotel makes for an affordable safari experience for all.

The property is still new so the staff didn’t always know what was going on. For example, they did not communicate check in and check out details unless asked, did not communicate times for the excursions we booked and also didn’t communicate meal times unless I asked. I also felt that some of the reception staff were quite short/ curt when we would try and find out more information around these details that should have been communicated ahead to begin with. An information package ahead of check in would probably resolve this.

It’s aesthetically pleasing. Loved every detail from reception, restaurant,our room and spa. Every little detail was carefully crafted. The ladies at the spa were so keen & went out of their way to make sure we have a great experience. Again the bush view from the spa room was absolutely breathtaking.. The fact that breakfast is served till 11 is also a plus.Please consider having small bar fridges in your rooms and a little effort on the game drive snacks ( biltong) will be appreciated. An 8/10 from us . Well done team Radisson
