Great view

The boat cruise is a bit pricey and information on other activities should be availed prior to arrival

The location and staff were absolutely phenomenal!! Couldn’t be more beautiful and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Such lovely personal touches like chocolates on your pillow and a new bed time story every evening, these were so appreciated. Kids absolutely loved all the slides, and movies in the evenings. Rooms were clean and spacious, we stayed in a loft room. Food was good, we did the buffet for breakfast and dinner and enjoyed it.

My only suggestion would be to upgrade the boat motors for the activities, particularly for fishing. The better fishing spots are further out into the main dam and some of the fishing boat motors are too slow to get there (not sure if this would be a lodge issue however, it would be worth looking into)

The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean with a beautiful view of the dam. The staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The staff at the spa was also great during my treatment

The food- I ordered my meals off the menu (I didn’t want the buffet) and the menu is so incredibly limited and the food doesn’t provide much of a culinary experience which given the isolated location of the lodge would be great since I don’t really have other places to get my meals from. I would strongly recommend you invest in a suitably qualified chef to help improve the food quality. The boat cruise was incredibly lousy especially for the cost, I was hoping it would also be educational regarding the history of the area and dam but it was really just people sitting on a boat cruising around the dam

The property’s location was absolutely stunning—a serene haven with breathtaking views in every direction. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond, with special mention to Ntombikayise, our wonderful waitress throughout our visit—she was truly outstanding! Casslyn, he was the manager who ensured everything ran smoothly, was fantastic. Hats off to the entire team for delivering such an incredible experience!

While the property was overall lovely, one thing I didn’t like was the bathrooms—they’re quite old and outdated, in need of upgrades and better maintenance. For the price of the stay, the facilities should be slightly more modernized to match expectations. Additionally, the buffet didn’t offer a wide variety for the price, and the à la carte menu was so limited that it left little choice but to opt for the buffet, which unfortunately wasn’t very impressive.

Jozini Tiger Lodge had a great variety at their breakfast and dinner buffets. The meals were delicious, and they had different buffet options set out every morning and evening. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we could see that they are extremely proud of the work they do. Our view from the room was exceptional as we had a view of Jozini lake and the dam wall. We had a special request for a birthday surprise, and the team went above and beyond to make my partner's birthday so much more special. I would like to thank the whole team for their professionalism, friendliness and hospitality. We would definitely visit again in the future.

The weather didn't permit us to do a few activities, however, the tranquility of the lodge made us completely forget about the weather altogether.

Jozini Tiger Lodge & Spa provided the perfect backdrop for a truly unforgettable moment in my life. The breathtaking views of the Jozini Dam at sunset set the scene for my proposal, creating an ambiance of pure magic. The dinner was exquisite, with a menu that catered to all our tastes, complemented by impeccable service. Breakfast the next morning was equally delightful, with a wide variety of fresh, flavorful options to start our day. The tranquil spa treatments added an extra touch of luxury, leaving us completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

1. We didn't get the beds as requested 2. The breakfast wasn't awesome and something always ran out & we had to wait for it 3. The driveway is unfriendly & parking not enough 4. The headboards in the room was peeling 5. What is on the list of things to find in the room is not truthful, we were promised bathrobes and slippers but didn't find 6. There was only one shower cap, three beauty packs, and only two shampoos yet there were four of us 7. There are no charging ports upstairs

Lovely place for children and keeping them entertained.

We went on a paddle boat and although we had a lifejacket with whistles,but after getting into trouble on the water and blowing the whistle no one responded.Thank goodness we had a cellphone to call to get help .But this was after three calls and the final having to shout before anyone came to rescue us .very traumatizing for my grandson 🙈🙈🙈🙈

Everything was very good, the stay, the staff and food was superb. We planning tp visit again with family.

I liked everything and the staff was very friendy and approchable, the room was clean no complaints except that the room we got, we were not happy about the balcony view, we couldnt see the lake but the trees were blocking the view and i ensured i opted for the room with the view. But eithee than that all was perfect.

The buffet was excellent so if you go there stick to the buffet. Also the breakfast is nice. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to assist you and make your stay great. The place has excellent views of the Jozini dam.

The lodge is located right at the jozini dam with wonderful views however there is nothing to do in Jozini itself all entertainment is at least 1h30 minutes drive. The food in the restaurant was not nice at all the steak and the chops were overcooked and not seasoned
