The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. The room was far away from others such that I could work and the room had everything you could need: kettle, microwave, mini fridge and an array of different cutlery if you want to braai (which they provide as well). It was lovely sitting in the garden, watching the lagoon and listening to the birds.

The location offers wifi but it was quite slow at times - it's fine for casual scrollers but if you need to work, you might need to switch to mobile data.

Wonderful hillside location, overlooking the laguna. We loved the comfy, well maintained rooms with excellent beds as well as the rich breakfast prepared by two cheerful ladies. The elegant salon with fireplace is connected to the terrace, thus making a perfect place to have a sundowner while enjoying the view. For sure we'll stay there again during our next visit to Knysna.

Breakfast was wonderful and prepared very thoughtfully. The view was superb. And so were the staff and manager. I was very pleased that we had a room on the same level and did not have to negotiate any stairs. The manager went out of her way to accommodate our needs, especially preparing breakfast for vegetarians!

The lounge and dining area should have a fireplace, especially during winter as it was really cold sitting there.t The bedroom lacks decent seating and the positioning of the TV requires attention. A sofa or 2 comfy chairs would have done the trick.

My stay at this Airbnb was exceptional, largely thanks to our host, Zimran. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, providing great conversation and sharing detailed recommendations for activities in the area. fantastic position viewing the lagoon from well above see level. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped, with big bedrooms and a terrace we unfortunately could not take advantage of because we travelled in winter. The apartment is warm... not everywhere we found the same situation... We used the laundry service; in half a day everything cleaned and ironed at a very reasonable price. Breakfast included served by the fireplace is giving you something invaluable. We will come back if we will visit SA again.

The room was clean and cozy with a lagoon view. There was a folder with suggestions of activities and eateries, which is really helpful. The lady who assisted us with the check-in and out was very polite. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious with a stunning view of the lagoon.

The place is impacted by the load shedding, however for us it wasn't an issue. There is a torch in the room provided by the property.

Anita is one of the best hostesses I’ve ever met. She made us feel at home and helped a lot during our trip. The property is so beautiful and warm, which you can get everything you need(before you request). The house is so clean and cozy with nice and quiet view. And professional staffs are so helpful. My family love our stay in Anita’s property so much and we truly hope can visit here again. Anita and her staffs bring us best memories in Knsyna!

Reaching lower floor rooms might be difficult for those who have some physical issues, so inform hotel in case.

AMAZING !!! We simply loved our stay and would come back again if ever in Knysna. The 2 bedroom apartment was a home away from home. Views were spectacular (we didnt want to leave the balcony). Breakfast was one of the best. My daughter has egg allergy and Anita was so kind to make eggless pancakes for the kids every morning. If you have a chance to stay here, dont miss the opportunity !

The loadshedding caused hassle as facility doesnt have generator (understandably). So guests just need to be mindful of that.

Stunning views over the bay and out to the ocean, a short walk to the centre of town and the friendliest hostess you can imagine in Laetitia.

Steep drive up to the property but it would be a disservice to gripe about that - can’t have views without elevation!
