Location on a beautiful, quiet island. The property provided everything we needed - the rooms were decorated beautifully and super clean. Such a lovely warm welcome from Chris. Cher so friendly and helpful with any suggestions of activities and quick to answer any questions we had. And Audrey who was so attentive in the restaurant. The food was sublime - fabulous choice and expertly cooked. Fantastic flavours - I did ask if I could take chef home with me. The cooler weather meant we couldn’t take full advantage of the pool during our stay but we would definitely return here if we had the chance.

The location is stunning and the rooms we rented were large. The staff were all extremely friendly and Cher and Cheryll looked after us very well. We had an extremely relaxing and laid-back stay at the Leisure Isle Lodge.

Nothing much to say apart from it would be lovely if more fruit was provided at breakfast and replenished frequently.

Loved the friendly staff the most. Also they very kindly upgraded us!

There was no air conditioning in the room and the sun made it quite hot

Very comfortable with great view . Location was very convenient. The staff were ready to help.with any queries.They provided both room service as well as Dining service and the meals we had were very good.

They were still not able to adequately cater for load shedding and there were challenges in ensuring a supply of hot water. It appeared that the television system was also playing up so no TV was available during our stay

We stayed 3 nights in August and Everything was more than perfect!! The place and the vue were stunning! The people working at the hotel were so helpful, extremely kind and welcoming and considerate. We booked 4 rooms and they were all pretty . The food was excellent Best hotel of our trip in South Africa.

Lighting for the Bathroom and Toilet was inconveniently placed at the front door so during the night one had to stumble around in the dark finding light switches . The lounging furniture in the room was large and a bit impractical for the space.

Everything was excellent save for the dinner - Delicious food but portions too small and one needs to have 3 courses .

Breakfast buffet needs more attention in busy days. But this is a general thing in south africa

a very nice address in Knysna on Leisure Isle, calm area, wonderful view on the sea luxury rooms and apartments with top decoration very helpfull staff, free bike renting

Excellent breakfast Chris was amazing…..

Signage during the day was non existent. Had to call and get directions which were difficult. The address is Bayswater but no number outside to assist
