Very comfortable, Elisa made us very welcome. Lovely room in very modern property with good WiFi. Amazing breakfast served by a lovely lady with a beautiful smile. Very security conscious. Located on outskirts of town but within walking distance. The seascape is fantastic. We would stay again at this property without a second thought.

We loved the property but you should understand that Lamberts Bay, whilst ruggedly beautiful, is a working fish port. The restaurants are in or close to the fish factories which seems a bit strange if you’re not used to it. We weren’t impressed with Roestyd restaurant but Isabella’s looked ok. Elands Bay, about 20 minutes drive, had a good restaurant at the hotel and there is another small restaurant nearby which we used.

The photos do not do this justice, I have been to many hotels and guesthouses over the years and the outside area leading down to the sea is simply stunning and one of the best I have seen. The room was lovely and opened out onto the terrace, the breakfast was also very good. I wish I had booked for longer.

We loved the property but unfortunately we stayed on a Sunday and didn’t realise that the restaurants and everything else closed by eight o’clock so we couldn’t get anywhere to eat, we had to get a sandwich in the only open garage in the town, make sure you book a restaurant before you stay. Obviously this was our fault.

The first impression of the building must not put you off, it’s charming inside! The staff were warm and welcoming and Elisa went above and beyond to meet our every need. We had a room down on the beach level which I loved. The private little beach cove is beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the wild ocean crashing below in the windy, rainy weather. Breakfast was delicious.

Recommend softer pillows please.

Set right on the beach front, this small hotel is perfect for an overnight or longer stay. There is a small kitchenette in the room which, although we didn't use as only there for one night, is very handy. Pleasant communal areas and balcony. Rene, the manageress, was very informative and welcoming and fixed us a beautiful breakfast. A very good stay.

We liked everything.

With a warm welcome the manager Yvette first showed us around in the modern, bright and very charming guesthouse with stunning views over the terrace and the lovely maintained garden to the private beach. Than she lead us to our room: spacy, bright, nicely furnitured, overlooking the ocean and the beautiful modern bathroom. There is also a living room with a terrace both spacy and comfortable. The most delicious breakfast (fresly baked waffles were just one of the lovingly prepared start into the day) was served on another terrace. But the real gem of the house was the extreme friendly spirit of Yvette, that made our stay unforgetable. We definitely come back.

Nothing to complain

Hostess offered to lay our table outside as the weather was just perfect. Various fresh fruit, beautifully plated breakfast with small extras that made a difference. Beautiful crockery

possibly offering different options of eggs but certainly no deal breaker. I am sure if we had asked for an omelette it may have been prepared.

The view from the balcony is just stunning, you could sit there for hours and just stare at the water ... The room is beautiful with little kitchenett, nice bathroom and the launch area is great. It's a very safe area and it's perfect for nice walks at the beach. All the people are supernice, we had some great recommondations for sightseeing and restaurants. The breakfast ist simply fantastic, thanks to Anita for her great effort (and we promise, next time we will eat more ;)

All is nice and new, but a pool would be a very nice addition.

We spent 2 days here in March 2024. Wonderful and perfect stay! Comfortable and clean room (#6) and terrace with stunning waterfront sea view. Excellent breakfast. Cozy garden, safe walking ways. Professional and very friendly management by Thelma. Nice restaurant in walking distance close to the birds sanctuary. Enjoy it - especially out of the season.

The property overlooked the sea and we had a downstairs room where we could go onto the beach or on the sunbeds on the lawn. Thelma could not do enough for us. She was very helpful. Before arriving the property sent us a list of restaurants and places of interest which was so useful as it enabled us to plan and book some activities ahead of arrival. Thank you!

Spacious rooms with fantastic views and verandah to enjoy the sunset. Literally on the beachfront. Tastefully decorated. Very clean and fresh. All facilities one could need and lots of additional space for friends to gather outside of the bedroom. Excellent and generous home cooked breakfast.
