I liked everything about my stay......it exceeded my expectations.....I mean if there was an option of 100 stars I would definitely give it without hesitation. The staff were so helpful and ever smiling..there was no request that was too much for them.Breakfast and dinner was always mouth watering and more than enough. I needed a break and Diamond Rose guest house gave me exactly that...the place is so quiet...sooo clean and Soo refreshing. Thank you pretty...thank you Faima and the old lady who always asked me if I'm fine whenever she sees me... I am coming back soon I recommend Diamond Rose guest house 100%

I was completely happy with everything and cannot think of a single thing I did not like.

We picked this guesthouse for transit purpose between Johannesburg and Kruger NP. Located close to the main road, this property has easy access from the highway, thus being ideal for those who would like to / have to spend a night on the way before arriving to Kruger NP. The property is duly secured and has automated gate. The room was comfortable and everything worked very well, the bed was fantastic - we slept like babies. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, sets you up for the day (and if you eat all of it, you may as well want to skip lunch) :) All in all - great experience, would gladly recommend to anyone.

The configuration of pathways around the property was a little misleading and the number of steps to take makes it hard to move with heavy luggage (however, this is something many properties feature and it shouldn't by all accounts discourage you to stay here). WiFi was week, but this is an issue everywhere in South Africa.

Fantastic, well situated and close to the main road. Staff we're friendly and accommodating the rooms were spotless and the area is quiet. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is a must do. The pool sparkling and clean and appreciated with the hot day.

The outside table under the Lapa was comfortable and cool to enjoy next to the pool. It does neet a sand down and a new layer varnish as the old varnish is starting to become sticky. Normally I do travel with my own pillow and I think most do as well as I think the pillows in guest rooms and lodges and hotels never gets slept on and stay plumed. The shower head was ok, I enjoy a bigger sprays and didn't know if it was an adjustable shower head.

The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was calming. The view from the room over the swimming pool and garden was beautiful. Breakfast was every day something new. We really felt spoilt. We hope to visit them soon again. No wonder they have 4 stars.

Great place to stay. From the rooms to the food, everything was great. No complaints

No hot water in the shower in the morning. Unfortunately could not report the incident - was rushing to meeting

Breakfast was good. Huge variety to choose from cereals to bacon and eggs.

I requested additional sleeper couch for 2 x 16 year old girls. Booking.com quoted me R330 extra for one girl, my thinking was that I then would pay R660 for the two girls, but when I checked in the guesthouse charged me exactly the same as the original quote for myself and my husband. So we paid actually what you would have paid for two rooms. The final e-mail received from Booking.com did not have the revised rate of R1800 on only the R900.

Missed an aircon and plugs to charge mobile phones and computers are mounted under the desk, which means one has to crawl under the desk to connect. This is the case in room 7
