The location is lovely with a parking at the side of the house out of the street. A short walk away from the coolest eateries and the owl house. The house is beautifully decorated with a lovely back stoep to entertain or read a book. Great for 2 couples and 2 kids/single persons. Bring your mountain bike and explore the town. You will fall in love. Will highly recommend this lovely stay.

All was to our liking and for sure nothing to complain about.

We stayed here a few years ago and while the property was nice with a good location, the work that has been done since really elevated it. The house has been sympathetically revived with lovely linens, karoo touches and a truly homely back verandah. Exceptionally comfortable beds for a rental. Strongly recommend.

One bathroom is out of operation and there aren't any not bedroom attached bathrooms, but I'm sure this will be resolved quickly.

The house is situated in the centre of the town, easy walking distance to the restaurants and attractions. The house is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable.

There was only 1 coffee pod and 2 rusks in the jar for a family of 5.

B E A U T I F U L !!! A place where you can just relax and meet donkeys and horses on your 'stoep" We've enjoyed our stay at this stunning place. peaceful place.. rest for the soul., everything was prefect. Had everything and more that was needed. We really did not want to leave.

Roomy home with everything you need. Lovely stoep and braai area. The splash pool was a joy to the kids. Walking distance to restaurants and sights. Quiet at night.

Consider packing an extra towel for the splash pool. You could use the bath towels which dried very quick.

The location was perfect and the outdoor seating makes it easy to immerse yourself as part of the town. The house is spacious and has high-end finishes. Friendly host and very clean. Just loved this house and the location

Excellent location (in a wonderful little village), very tastefully decorated, all rooms on-suite bathrooms, beautiful patio and area out back. Was really very pleasantly surprised. Great and clear check in communication with helpful information about the village and eateries.

Honestly nothing.

It was a pitty that we did not have warm water for the 2 nights we where there to shower and do the dishes. But otherwise it was a wonderfull stay. We enjoyed it very much. Also for the powercuts we had enough lights on batteries .

This property blew our mind from the moment we walked in! The kitchen is fitted with amazing appliances including an Nespresso machine, just bring your own pods, amazing and cozy, comfortable couches to nestle in front of the indoor fireplace! It has a lovely view of the mountain when sitting on the front porch! We would definitely return when in Nieu Bethesda again!

Received useful info regarding roads/directions, restaurants etc ahead of our visit. Very central and within walking distance from attractions and restaurants. Amazing covered veranda to relax. Inverter for emergency lights etc an advantage
