Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast was an excellent spread with everything you could possible need, maybe better quality/fresh juice would be good. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was beautiful, best steak I have had in a while.

After a long drive we arrived 15mins prior to check in time and staff made a big deal of enforcing the 2pm check in. I said that’s fine & asked if I could start the paperwork, I was given another staff member who advised checkin was 2pm. We sat down & waited for our room, we felt like they were just making a point & we were given our room at 1415. We have travelled the world and never had such a cold welcoming. There were twice as many staff in the bar/restaurant as there were customers yet to get someone to take your order for afternoon drinks was near impossible. I asked 2 staff members who were walking past me where the bathroom was and they laughed and kept walking. Some staff really need retraining in customer service/service skills.

yoh the only staff that was welcoming was the Restaurant, bar and the spa staff. the rest it was like they did not want to work, the reception staff at the hotel was not welcoming at all. Went to the gym area it was house to let no one to assist us whatsoever. asked other employees where is the person in charge here? they also did not know.the basin was leaking every time I poured water to wash my face, when I open my eyes the water has disappeared 🙃this hotel used to be welcoming

Set in the beautiful breath-taking natural surroundings, a five-star destination, makes for a scenic spot to enjoy a sundowner just before delighting your palate with a delicious meal. The rooms are warm, spacious, the bathrooms to be envious of and the entire experience fantastic. It was a very nice stay. Very big and spacious rooms and well done to the chef and his team, the food was really good, apart from the restaurant being overpriced, the stay here was amazing the staff are very friendly. Sliding door for room 109 needs some serious attention

Breakfast was great. I experienced a problem with my vehicle's window. The electric window switch broke and I was unable to close the window from the time we arrived at the venue. Staff were very helpful and quickly assisted in covering the window with plastic and watched over the vehicle during the stay.

Dinner was not enjoyable as the meals lacked flavor. Had the rib and wing combo with Greek salad. It was not a meal that was value for money, and the wings tasted so bland, as though it was just boiled and not properly seasoned. We were kept up quite late at night by very noisy guests close to our room.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is quiet and away from the congestion and crowds of the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is polite and very welcoming.

There is no power back-up at the facility so the place is normally plunged into darkness for 2 hours almost every evening during power cuts. As darkness takes over life comes to a halt, and this spoils the mood and thrill of being at such an amazing resort.

Breakfast was lovely, love the wide variety they offer from fruits to cereals and full breakfast, We also had dinner on our first night it was very delicious and food well prepared, it met our expectations. Rooms are clean and fresh, the staff is friendly as well.

on the Sunday we had planned to do quad biking but we were told they dont operate on Sundays, that was such a shocker as it was a long weekend and we were there to have fun, even the gym and indoor pool was closed just because its a Sunday but really now on a long weekend they should know it gets busy and guests would love to experience all these services. I also fell by the pool and was bleeding, when i went to ask for plaster at reception they said they don't have plasters, just imagine a mere plaster so it means they dont have first aid kit at the hotel...that is something very crucial that they must look into.

The cleanliness of the hotel and it is stunning. We enjoyed the views and the restaurant.

When we got to the property we were told to not enter with our cooler boxes and we obeyed however, the hotel staff failed to inform the white people about the same rules which we didn’t find fair. We approached them and they allowed us to bring our cooler boxes in. The staff needs to treat every guest the same.

The rooms are clean, big, and lovely. The bed is big and comfortable. The linen was fresh, clean. Breakfast was delicious, and there was a nice variety. The decor around the hotel is really nice. The staff was friendly. It's a beautiful hotel. I wish I had stayed for a few more days to explore

The hot water ran out at some point in the morning. And the bathrooms in the lobby didn't flush properly, and just needed a bit of cleaning.

The hotel and grounds are very clean and tidy. The pool is well maintained. The room was a decent size, with a nice bathroom. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful.

We weren't told that there was a buffet breakfast. It was hidden in a different area of the restaurant. Another guest informed us. The a la carte breakfast was delivered in a very strange manner. First, the sausage, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms arrived. 3 minutes later the bacon was brought to the table and a further 2 minutes, after my partner had eaten most of the food, two hard fried eggs were delivered! Our balcony was very small and had constant dripping from a pipe above the roof.

Big fenced land plot, spacious parking. The restaurant (both food and service) was perfect - can't understand the reasons for other guests' previous negative comments. The room was clean, comfortable, well equipped, perfect bedding. Very goog coffee in the room. All facilities were in good working order. WiFi in the rooms was declared by the receptionist as "not working" due to weak signal, but actually it was good enough in all three rooms which were taken by myself and my colleagues.

The swimming pool in the sportcomplex is not heated, "under the maintanance", so the water temperature is hardly warmer than in the open pool. The security did not notice that the door to my room left unlocked and opened after the morning cleaning - anybody could enter. Need a proper control after cleaning.
