Lovely large rooms - mine was at rear with balcony Big windows/sliding door to balcony so light, airy feel to the room Big desk/working area & good wifi Safe secure parking Plenty of plugs Fridge in room Superb Spacious bathroom

Con's - minor A few maintenance issues that the hotel should be on top of. The door to my room didn't close properly unless locked Toilet seat - loose bolt and toilet seat cover didn't stay up

My partner and I absolutely loved the breakfast, particularly the ruby breakfast. The kitchen staff were really nice people (shout out to Tshimangadzo) what a friendly and welcoming lady. Keep up the fantastic service!

Our room was close to the entrance, I just wish they can put a “do not make noise after 10pm” note by the door for anyone coming in late. It was quite disturbing waking from people chatting and laughing out load by the corridor.

I've been to many stays in Polokwane, none come close to the standard that Ruby Stone offers. It is not a huge property, only houses upto 20 rooms max so it very quiet. Nicely situation away from the CBD but close to Savanah mall and other convenient places. THEIR BREAKFAST GUYS..Nor mahn. When you book make sure you include breakfast and actually sit down at their table to eat. Their variety of everything. It eating from a grocery store. Excellent Excellent.

Their rooms are very beautiful and super clean. As a hospitality employee, i always inspect a room 1st thing when checking in, and i must say i found nothing disappointing. 10 out of 10. Their breakfast was also perfect. I also loved that the room had both a shower and a bath.

Our room didn't have a balcony where we can sit. And others did. But it wasn't a big deal. The front desk staff aren't that helpful.

My partner said He loved the bed, you can roll 10 times😂. We loved the room was spacious and the breakfast was really nice

There's was only one morning gown and we where a couple, no morning sleepers. The curtains to excess the balcony where a bit of a fuss

The place is very secured. The place is very clean and staff was very welcoming. Lots of space for pleasure and also secured packing rooms service was also the best

It is a bit dark in the entrance. Access to the area is only through the reception. I will be better to have unique codes to access the place when your booked. Or link the entrance to the phone number.

The room was big, very clean , bedding so clean , comfortable bed and the restaurant so neat and the food was so delicious. The staff were so freindly and assist where possible.

The yard was not cleaned,requesting toilet papers for the room was anoying. I suggest that if the guests are staying for more than one day the host must provide at least two toilet papers.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and were able to handle a large crowd of us with ease. The breakfast was great, and the beds were very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the geysers were giving some problems, so hot water was not available in great supply. Also, the layout of the breakfast area just outside room 1 leaves little privacy for its occupants.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and kind,changed my room to an even more spacious one,the breakfast was palatable and fresh(please add more beacon).

There was a loud noise of people singing on my second day,I think they hosted a church service at the hotel, and I was not informed.

THE PLACE WAS FAIRLY CLEAN, NEAT AND TIDY THE STAFF WHERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY THE ROOMS WERE WELL KEPT AND CLEAN PARKING WAS ALSO PROVIDED

THE BREAKFAST WAS OK THEY NEED TO HAVE A TOASTER AVAILABLE FOR US TO MAKE OUR TOAST. THEY DID NOT HAVE MILK JUGS FOR HOT MILK, AND WAS SERVED IN A MUG.
