Lodge on Main is a lovely place to stay. It is on Main Road, so very close to shops and restaurants, but far back enough that you don't hear the traffic. The room was large and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities, filtered water in the fridge, and a huge couch. Breakfast was delicious and staff were super friendly. There is a gorgeous garden and small pool, as well as several spaces with couches and chairs. I wish I had had time to use them. I look forward to visiting when I have more time to relax.

The room was really comfortable, but had a ceiling fan that was a little noisy. It was fine as it wasn't too hot, but I wouldn't have liked to sleep with it on.

The breakfast was excellent, fresh food and well prepared. Location was very safe even for a walk in the evening to the adjacent restaurants. Place location was very perfect and secured with access to public transport.

A bit more effort on cleaning the room is needed form the cleaning stuff. Some disinfectants or room freshener may be needed for rooms that stays long without occupation. A little bit of bigger television may be an added advantage. Assistance with online ordering of dinner form nearby restaurants may also be an added advantage.

The breakfast was honestly absolutely tremendous quality, which I wasn't expecting. It was so convenient to have a three person room given our travel needs, and its the best guest house I have stayed at in PE (all my other experiences have been tremendously disappointing in terms of quality to cost). The location is wonderful - close to good restaurants, safe and vibey, and easy access for ubers. A really nice building too, though we didn't have time to explore the facilities in-depth (wish I had had a swim in their very appealing pool though).

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property had all the necessary comforts and amenities, the breakfast was superb, and it was well-situated with easy access to many activities, restaurants and was close to the city center and the airport, which made travelling for work easy and convenient.

My bathroom light stopped working on my second last night which I reported, but unfortunately it was not repaired prior to my checking out. Other than that, there is not much to complain about as the overall experience was pleasant.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing - excellent cooks. Such a fabulous variety and well prepared by lovely staff. Location is superb. Close to everything but you wouldn’t even know it due to the secluded, cosy and extremely secure nature of the lodge. Gorgeously quaint and homely and intimate! Would highly recommend.

It is definitely time for new towels! Even though our room was spotless, I did get the idea that housekeeping had not been there before we had checked in. The bin in the bathroom had been used. And there was a used towel. We had booked for three adults but there was one cookie on the pillow and one rusk in the jar. I assume that was for the previous guest.

We have stayed at this establishment many times.....always awesome. Quiet , spacious rooms with lots of extra's.....coffee machine and netflix. Cooled off in the sparkling pool and the turkish towels was fabulous. Big breakfast fit for a king and a friendly host to send us off into 2025.

This is one of my top spots ......when traveling for work and in PE.

I have never slept anywhere else in PE since I discovered Lodge on Main. I love the homely feeling and the friendly staff. Spacious rooms....fabulous breakfast. This establishment is one of my favourite stays in South Africa. Quiet area and secure parking with lots of great restaurants close to the establishment.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included in the price which I was very happy about, and it was delicious. I liked that the Wi-Fi was very fast and stable. My room had a coffee pod machine and I received 2 pods each day which I could enjoy on the balcony. I will definitely stay here again. 😀

The property is next to a main road so it can get a little noisy at night over weekends, but it didn't bother me too much

Very central location, safe parking and nice decor with lots of added small detailed elements that add to the ambiance of this lovely place.

They don't cater for Halaal breakfast. It would be nice to able cater for Muslim guests for breakfast. Small addition to the breakfast menu to offer halaal breakfast can unlock potential for a whole new muslim customer support base.

The guest house was well located, many good restaurants close by and a shopping centre.

There weren’t many staff around. And we didn’t get much information from the staff member would was at times available.
