The property is very well situated .Security was of a high standard as everything else.I However would have pleased if the dstv would have kyknet in their bouquet as we are afrikaans speaking and could not watch our favourite programs.The price were quite steep and we have this facility in other southern sun resorts.My cars battery ran flat after I had forgotten to switch of the lights.Leonard who worked at reception tried to jumpstart my car!All the staff greeted you and went out of their way to ensure a very pleasant stay.

When we arrived after a 4 hr hot drive. We were welcomed at check-in by the guy who had the most beautiful smile.... then we proceeded to our absolutely gorgeous room with roses, treats, wine, and not forgetting the little welcome note. We had spectacular views and the most friendly staff, who made us feel at home. BUT the cherry on the top was the dinner buffet. We could smell the aromas of mom's curry coming from the restaurant. But it was Jimmy's curry omgggggeeee was it amazing. We returned the following night for more. This time, my husband prepared himself and had 3 plates of the chicken curry. I give Southern Sun, the Marine, an 11/10 😘

The beaches were too full.

Friendly and professional staff. Delicious breakfast; the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Excellent location, literally meters away from the beach and you can walk to other restaurants, The Boardwalk Mall/Casino.

A wider vegan/vegetarian breakfast range would be nice. After breakfast at 10:30am we wanted to collect our bags from the room, but our keycard was already deactivated, however we had until 11am to check out. Perhaps if they had the keycard deactivated at 11am would be more convenient.

The room was perfect, and my family had a wonderful time. The breakfast was excellent; I requested waffles, and although they’re not usually prepared during the week, the chef went above and beyond to make them for me and my kids, which we truly appreciated. The location was fantastic.

The staff clearing tables during breakfast seemed unfriendly and didn’t smile, which was a bit disappointing. The pool was quite small, and there wasn’t a dedicated relaxing area by the pool.

The room was clean and spacious and there was no noise. Also their breakfast was nice.

Their room service was extremely horrible 😫 😢 phoned for about 40+ minutes with no response, when they finally answered they promised to bring the menu until they came when it was just 20 minutes before they closed the restaurant and that's the reason why we decided to never book the hotel again.

The swift act showed by one of the receptionists who welcomed us before the arrival time on Friday 9 February with a very willing attitude to help, 👌👌. So sad that I forgot his name but he knows himself. He managed to change the room for us due to problems we encountered during the first night with his heart of willingness to help. The hotel is one of the hotels we always prefer to use when we visit PE so we enjoy it there. Keep it up guys!

The hotel’s location is spectacular, right in front of the ocean, offering a scenic view of the coast. The entire staff was helpful from start to finish. There is convenient parking available for guests, and the breakfast was very complete. The rooms were clean and recently updated.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations!

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices, even for a vegetarian. Did not feel particularly safe walking in the neighborhood, but the parking lot is very secure. Room with a comfortable bed and pillows.

Just a neighborhood that was not conducive for walking, or any shops nearby to check out. But it is across from the beach and we have a slight view out it of our window

the rooms were beautiful, breakfast was so amazing with a good host forgot his name but he was so welcome on saturday morning. Kudos to him. The location is great and I loved it. Its right next to the beach.

On Saturday night i asked for an extra blanket and the receptionist side they would bring it but never did. they said the was one in the room already, of which it wasnt enough because PE was very chilly on that day. but its fine no harm done. maybe next time i will get someone more generous

We stayed on room 214. Room very nice. I am concerned about the health and safety in the bathroom There are absolutely no hand rails, grab rails to be seen. My husband is 88 years old and I had much trouble getting him in and out of the shower. A big step to get out. I also noticed that there were no handles/rails to enter and get out of the bath. This is not good at all.
