The staff is friendly and helpful

The window that is facing the bedroom from the bathroom, the apartments can see us since it doesn't have a curtain.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the rooms that were previously flats. I like the ambience from the wall paint, the by-gone era of the wooden floors, the windows and their blinds. The location of the plugs within the bedside pedestal was so convenient. And the friendly staff.

The lack of a sign to vividly show the entrance gate in such a busy street.

I so much liked the executive suite with the bath and shower. It was spacious and comfortable. More conveniently very close to the conference room.

I did not like the wooden floor especially because it was creaking with every step. Your tray charge nearly blew my budget 🥺

There was no bottle of water in the fridge. The front entrance is not clean and doesn't match the inside. I was a bit hesitant to go inside because the outside was not inviting. They must do something to enliven that patio. There's a long walk to the rooms that goes through a parking lot. It's not so scenery.

Shower had a missing door And there was 1 big towel while there were two of us. Water pressure on the 6th floor in the shower was moderate, could he improved.

Everything was in order. The only thing I was looking for is that there is only one chair when were 2 people. Otherwise everything was good.

I had a late check in and the hotel was very accommodating. The receptionist and the guy who helped me to my room were very helpful and kind. Exceptional customer service. The hotel room itself was very clean and had all that I needed for the night. Will definitely be returning again.

I did not eat breakfast. It's located in a safe and clean area, with ease of access to PTA attraction and transportation.

The toilet does not flush properly. The toilet does not have a door, meaning the smell will just flow into the room if someone is helping themselves.

Clean. Well maintained. The stuff were very friendly.

Was just disappointed that my room had a wooden floor which I missed during booking. It was a serious let down.

The accomodations is value for money.

The steps to the room are painted with slippery black paint. And on our way to check out my wife slipped on the steps and injured herself. We were able to manage it. But for future residents safety I will suggest to remedy the situation.
