The place so nice The stuff very nice people even the cleaning ladies. Definitely a home away from home. So clean and all things in a very good condition. I didn't like that the stoves shown are disconnected. We couldn't use ovens but they did explain that was because they now introduced restaurant. But I wish they can update that or let us know when booking but the place was superb I don't wanna lie.

The bed and pillows soooo comfortable we could relax and rest. 10/10

I asked for birthday setup for my husband's birthday which was on the 21, i got a message on the 20th 3pm that the lady didn't read the invoice correctly she made a setup on the 20th, now it inconvenienced even the food i ordered for his special day i had to opt for breakfast instead of meat platter that costed me R400 and the breakfast didn't worth R400. But it's ok my husband enjoyed every moment because he didn't know what was supposed to happen, i was disappointed cz i knew what i wanted and was expecting. The staff apologized so it's fine.

Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Our booking was make three days prior to our arrival, however on the day of check-in, they claimed they had not received the payment for the booking - I suspect booking.com was slow in sending it over. The venue cancelled our booking until I went in person to establish what the issue was. Once they acknowledged that the booking had infact been paid, they kindly arranged for alternative accommodation at the City Logde.

The place was really beautiful l, just disappointed that in the end I forgot my makeup bag and I was never contacted by anyone that I left anything. That suggested that it could have been taken by the the ladies that clean or something .

Exceptional service from the staff, they assisted me with all I needed. Thank you. The spacious room, clean and well equipped, from kitchen utensils to toiletries. The location is perfect.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff were always friendly and willing to assist. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and painless.

Booked our airport transfers through the hotel. The first time the driver was a no show and the next time he was late and barely made it for the flight. Perhaps not the hotels fault but they can improve on this.

The room was amazing and modern. I even had a special request and the set up was done beautifully. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially the security guards, we could come and go as we pleased. Everything looked stunning and will de be coming back again.

The only real issue for me was that the heater didn't really work as well as we would have liked so the room remained chilly but with the electric blanket we were able to have a good night's rest.

The hotel is still fairly new so it's quite modern. Love the flooring. The staff is so accomodating and really go out of their way to make you feel special. There was someone to meet me and carry my bags coming into the hotel and when I was checking out. There is an option of still or sparkling water upon arrival. Montecasino is literally down the road. My absolute favourite thing about the hotel were the vanity mirrors which have a power button on them so they light up!! Super convenient for us who take make up seriously lol. One of the owners caught us as we were leaving and went out of his way to greet us and ask about our stay. We really appreciated that. Overall a very nice experience and we will definitely be back soon.

Location is everything to me, so that was no.1. Upon arrival, our room was upgraded to a double room with I mean how cool and special is that?? We were welcomed by one of the co-owners and he was very friendly and even gave us a mini tour around the place. Monte La Vue is so easy to find and close to Monte-Casino literally 5mins away which is amazing. We plan on going back again to fully enjoy the beautiful space. Thank you, KM for the great hospitality.

Spacious rooms at an unbelievable price. I would expect to pay 2/3 times more for a room like this. It is basically like a studio apartment with a fridge, stove, stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. It is newly renovated and the finishes are luxurious.

Only complaint is the bed was harder than I’d prefer and I believe there should always be someone at reception, when I arrived to check in and on check out I had to look for staff to assist. The Wi-Fi is also so slow it is unusable.
