Friendly stuff and the facility was super clean.

The shower in room 1 was either cold or extremely hot and we couldn’t bring the water to a comfortable showering temperature. That was a nightmare but everything else was super.

The room was very nicely set up. It was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There was only one thing that bothered me, there was no mirror in my bathroom.

We did not take breakfast but the place was surprisingly better than i expected. When you look at the renovations happening outside you would think that it would be backwards inside, wow i was impressed.

The noise from next door was too much till late at night. One of the Rooms we booked had one towel.

The security is good and it’s clean

the staff forgot to deliver our food and we had to get a refund in the morning, specially lucky didn’t deliver the food.

It was the first time in the hotel, the first time in the hotel together with my person, I can do that again, now you became the competitor to the next experience. The timing of the renuevation was bad because of the days of the week. It should have been better if it was during the week becouse it's not that busy. Maybe something happened on your side, you were late maybe you couldn't wait any longer, you have your own reasons I like the direction, it's something that could be forgiven for. You have the right staff I can't lie.I am an Uber driver, know what is good servirce, I Accompany clients to the places everyday it's been a dream and you made a wonderful experience. Thank you!!

Hotel lovely and net. aircon a plus for us. we loved the place it is a value for money. can you please check the expiry dates of coffee sachets and milk and tea.

Most of the things,almost everything

The fact that,the toilet was faulty,had to open the top in order to be able to flush.

The manager and the staff were so nice and amazing... Their hospitality was just amazing. I loved the beautiful room, it was so amazing, it was super clean It was really great value for my money. I really am willing to go back there again and very soon, I loved it. It literally felt lile home we didn't even want to leave.

The food was not so good, maybe next time I'd consider self-catering

A beautiful interior, very neat and modern. It was very unexpected given the exterior and location of the hotel. Lebohang and Nthabiseng's service was exceptional.

The cleanliness of swimming pool. Reception area and hangout should be upgraded to be more welcoming and set the scene. The shower taps not mixing correctly.
