The hotel was beautiful. We reserved a regular room for my husband and I but the Presidential Suite for my kids. Loved the heated floors in the room but it did get a little warm for me at night so I had to open the window to let some cold air in. My kids loved the sauna in their bathroom but I dont think they had time to enjoy the jacuzzi tub since we were only there 2 nights. Since it was winter when we stayed there they also didn’t get to make use of the rooftop amenities. The location was close to many restaurants and convenience stores.

No bathroom in the lobby when we checked in. It was too early to go to our rooms and we had just arrived from the port. They let us use a bathroom in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor which seemed a little odd but the hotel also wasn’t very big so I guess no room.

The hotel was located roughly 10 minutes from seomyeon station. The room was very modern. It had a big tv with your entertainment requirements. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good and clean. We went all over Busan and every time the start of our journey was met with a smiling face at reception. The owners recommendation for the drone show was great as well.

Not necessarily we didn't like, but the blinds in the room were old fashioned and it was difficult to adjust. There was also some chlorine smell in the room when we entered, but that went away shortly. Note that cleaning is done every 2 days but they cater for additional amenities if needed, like towels or water.

Beautiful hotel and great location, great staff too, not far from Seomyoen station (exit 13 out of the underground mall, then walk a bit) just look at google maps because location on Maps isn’t working.

Not really the hotel’s fault but because of the weather the bathroom smell of sewage.

It was not far from the metro - all flat walking so no problem if you are carrying suitcases. I thought it was really clean and always smelt nice - especially the elevator! The TV was HUGE haha - definitely bigger than what I was expecting but no complains :) I enjoyed the warmed seat in the toilet and cleaning function.

The floor was not angled right for the drain so the water went all the way to under the sink when showering - no thing a towel cannot fix but you might want to put it closer to the main door rather than right out of the shower cause mine was soaked after showering. The hotel is located off the main street - I'm a solo F traveler so felt slightly unsafe (though not terribly since its S Korea) walking to the hotel from the side street.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. My brother and I arrived too early before our check-in. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman at the reception. He was super polite and warm and understood how tired I was from long travel. He offered me an early check-in when available and answered all my questions about the surrounding areas, as it was our first time in Busan. We had a nice Chat about Australia too since he came to Australia in 1997. When we entered the room, it was the best room! Comfy bed, great facilities, and the bathroom were all fantastic. You might think that because it’s a small hotel, you won’t feel comfortable, but oh boy, I was wrong. I wish to come back again next time!

I had a shaky start to my time here (found a hair on my bed and the window was broken and wouldn’t close) however this was rectified quickly and I was moved to another room. The room itself was comfortable, bed and pillows were great, bathroom was spacious and had a variety of shower options. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in dispensers. Loved the electric toilet/commode. There was also a kettle in the room, a fridge and a large TV. Robes also provided. The AC worked well. Lastly, the front desk staff were all very helpful and kind.

I personally did not like the area where the hotel is located, with lots of seedy looking motels/clubs and bars. It is however well connected to the rest of the city. To note, the check-in is really late, like 4pm! I was disappointed that there was no fancy steamer in my room which I’d read about in some reviews so if you want that, I’d check with the hotel which rooms have those. The blinds in my room were pretty poor and let in lots of light which was disturbing especially at sunrise. Lastly there isn’t a bathroom in the reception area so something to be aware of if you’ve left your bags there after checkout and were expecting to freshen up on your return.

Very clean, great shower, good room size and friendly staff.

Not many restaurants for breakfast, quiet and not easy to find because it has change name so many taxi drivers couldn’t find in their apps

Very spacious and modern room. Amazing value for money (especially compared to Japan hotels) . We stayed for 6 nights and didnt want to leave. Bathroom had two showers and a bath, huge bathroom mirror space, big TV that you can log into your netflix and the beds were very comfy. The cleaning staff came every two days to vacuum, take our rubbish, and replace towels. The room stayed very clean throughout which we really enjoyed. Central location, very close to cafes and restaurants and some of Busans big attractions (seomyeon market, grandma tteot-bokki street, lots of Olive young haha) also a Convenience store next door. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We capitalised on the free filtered water to refill our bottles everyday 😊 thank you for a lovely stay and for making us feel at home in Busan.

Nothing.

Very clean accomodation. The deluxe room is very spacious. Bathroom is spacious. Shower area is separated from toilet. Good space around bathroom sink for toiletries. Comfortable bed. Pillows on the firm side but overall ok. Got to walk from Seomyeon station. With luggage may be more troublesome since pavements are not so even. Without luggage, is a nice short walk with shops, cafes, restaurants to distract. Many restaurants within walking distance around the area. Cafes can be found nearby for breakfast, so not necessary to pay for breakfast at hotel as breakfast area is also very small.

Would be great if there were cups in room for guests to use if need to make a warm drink. Only small paper cups were provided.

Everything! Staff: Andrew at reception had perfect English and was very welcoming and friendly. Cleaning lady was also nice. They all really gave the hotel a warm atmosphere, which was comforting to come back to after a long day out. Location: - 24hr convenience store right outside of the hotel entrance - Close to Seomyeon station and surrounding shopping malls Room: - Room came with a clothes dryer machine (not sure what it's called) that can sanitize clothes and dry them. Super appreciated as it rained on us during our stay. - Powerful hair dryer: I'm often disappointed by hotel hair dryers for being too slow and weak, so I tend to pack my own when travelling, but the little hair dryer in the room was great! - TV with heaps of channels and aircon controls built into the remote - Our room also had a huge bathtub (but we didn't have time to use it) - Toilet equipped with bidet functions

The shower drain clogged up quickly (both my friend and I have long hair). It wasn't a deal breaker as all we needed to do was lift the drain cover and poke around a bit at the drain hole, but it would've been nice to not think about it when taking a shower.
