Great value for money, clear instructions on how to get there and close to the airport. Perfect for a long layover.

Since there were no signs for "Incheon Airport Guesthouse" I was a bit confused at first. It's just various rooms in the WorldGate building, Air BNB style. Would be good to clarify not to look for signage or a specific entrance.

Non face-to-face interaction is always a plus in my eyes. Easy to locate after taking the AICC shuttle bus from Gate 25 on P3 of Terminal 1. Get off at the first stop. Then just walk straight. The World Gate Building will be right across the first traffic crossing.

The bed's duvet was very thin. Comfier and more luxurious bed linen overall would round out the overnight stay perfectly.

Large room, well equipped (desk, fridge, toiletries, kettle) No personal contact with staff so it felt a little impersonal, but received updates and unlock code through Booking.com messages. Unlock code was sent on the day of arrival, which means you do need to go online on arrival at Incheon airport - if you donꞌt have a local Sim card, make sure you get the messages before leaving the airport. I also downloaded the relevant section of Google maps, to know how to get to the hotel from the shuttle stop. Itꞌs just a short walk. The airport shuttle took me a while to find: it was a few floors up from the arrival hall (the hotel did tell this in their instructions). There are various affordable eating places in and around the building.

Very close to the Incheon airport, which was convenient for us because we had to catch an early plane. Also, there is a nice variety of restaurants and facilities on ground level of the building. Security codes for entering our room - it is a "no-staff" location - reached us well in time. We were able to get a good night's sleep before heading to the airport.

We used the room for a 17-hour layover, it was more than good enough for this purpose. About a 20-minute bus ride from the airport (T2). Instructions from accommodation were sufficient to get there. The check-in was great (non-existent), you can go directly to the room. Several restaurants in the building were still open at 10 pm when we checked in and a 24-hour store was nearby.

The shower door wouldn't close completely and there was a lot of light from outside at night. Getting to the hotel was quick, but getting back for the next flight was a pain, the bus + security took us more than 2 hours.

3rd stay at this location. Quiet area and Convenient for Airport, Shuttle, or Uber. Local shops in building, others within walking Simple access excellent communication, clean room, good pressure Hot water for shower. Bed a bit soft for me, but slept well. Fridge if needed, also washing machine . Hot plate and Electric Kettle.

Bathroom configuration always weird, Toilet too close to shower glass...don't remember this from prior visits. Bath Floor not sloped, so prepare for shower water to migrate. Shower shoes recommended (provided) but I wear size 16...🤐...a squeegee would help.

- The location is ideal, especially if you have an early flight. Being so close to the airport makes travel stress-free. - The rooms are surprisingly spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable stay. - The free shuttle to and from the airport is a fantastic perk, with just a 5-minute walk to the pickup point.

- Finding the room can be a bit challenging, even with the detailed instructions provided by the property. Some clearer signage or guidance would make this experience smoother.

Not luxury but Minimalist white interior, spacious. Comfortable bed, that’s for sure. This is an unmanned guesthouse and a staff send you messages how to contact him and it’s very quick responses and attentive to any enquiries. There are a large fridge, a kitchen and a microwave in the flat. The photo instructions are well informed, easy to navigate yourself. It’s only one stop with a free shuttle bus from the departure floor. Returning to the airport is only two stops, it’s super convenient for a transit traveller like me. It’s value for money!

I wish I knew these information in advance for a smooth check in. There is no 7-Eleven in the building as instructed, you should bring your own tea & coffee and food with you. (Only a kettle and mug cups are provided) There is a black screened touch panel on the door handle. Touch with a palm to make it appear the numbered key, then type the access code. (I had a couple of kind residents to help me out, This building is a residential mansion block.) If you’re female with long hair, it’s better to bring your own hair shampoo and conditioner. A minimal needs are provided. WiFi password was informed in advance but not the user name. I only realised that it was written on the wall after I struggled to guess and connect it.

Good beds, big space for once I could actually open my suitcases on the floor to pack. Host was very accommodating and reactive.

It’s a little expensive for Seoul, the window doesn’t open so no fresh air in the apartment. The location is confusing despite the explanations provided. If you’re taking a taxi or using a map to get there, it’s better to use the address for the best western hotel next door and then walk towards the emart. Also be aware that the last train to the airport is at 7.30pm The free shuttle is also hard to find. As you get out from the main entrance you need to cross the street forward and then cross again to the right and keep walking up.
