The bathtub has a Jacuzzi function! Ask for a room with a view - then you get to see the lovely central park. It was just a 15 minute walk to the Convention centre and not far from the Lotte Mart and other restaurants. It is also quite close the bus stop (when using bus 6777 from and to the airport).
One night the fire alarm went off three times, at 1 am, 3am and 5am. This is not the fault of the hotel or staff but it was horribly disturbing and they were all false alarms (somebody was smoking in the room?). Regarding the airport bus stop, I had asked before reaching Korea, which stop I should get down at but this wasn't explained very clearly and ending up getting out a couple of too early- which meant a slightly longer walk. It would be good if there was a map on the hotel website, clearly indicating the stops (with names so that we know where to buy our ticket to). On the way back toe the airport, the staff explained clearly and I could use the closest bus stop.

* One of the best hotels in Incheon. A 4-star hotel for a 2-star price. You save at least USD 100 / day compared to staying in Seoul. However, you lose over 1-hr each way to travel ~30 train stops between the two cities (a train/subway ticket costs about USD 3 one-way per person). Seoul is a much better place to enjoy youthful activities and rich cultural expositions. * Incheon is a modern, quiet city with friendly and helpful citizens. * The food court at the Techno Center has an excellent variety of dishes. * We love Songdo Park just a stone's throw across the hotel.

I loved the area it wasn't far from many things. There is a subway station near by and many bus stops. I also walked a bit farther and went to the outlet mall, having a view of Central Park was beautiful. It was getting out of winter so alot of trees didn't have leaves but still pleasant. I also like that there was a dedicated bus to ICN airport and the bus stop is not far away.
Honestly there's nothing that comes to mind that I didn't like. This isn't a negative but just be aware the Incheon is kinda separate so taking the train to gangnam for me was a long process if you are looking to go further in seoul this would be a great hotel the night before going.

Fantastic view to the park, panoramic window, great room, spacious, good bathroom with bath and shower, comfy bed, tea, coffee, water in the room, toiletries, clean, quick laundry service. Delicious breakfasts with Korean and international food, good coffee. Friendly staff, great location - restaurants, big supermarket, coffeeshops around. Liked the place a lot!
Would be great to have windows in the room washed and cleaned. Wi-Fi sometimes worked bad but staff was very helpful in solving the case.

Very impressive lobby. We spoke very little Korean and the reception staff were really helpful if we needed anything.
Could have benefitted from a few more towels and coat hangers and we could not work out the heating and air con, so a simple multi lingual instruction card would be great in the room. After the wedding we felt hurried to finish eating at the buffet so that they could clear the room, the bride was still eating so this was not great.

Overall the hotel is good, especially the great location and price v/s value.
I didn't like the breakfast (at an additional cost). Further 40% of the staff members at the restaurant couldn't speak English. I have been served non-vegetarian food despite asking for vegetarian food. The lady couldn't understand what I was saying as she couldn't understand English. Upon clarifying my demand for vegetarian food, she served it but charged for both dishes.

The hotel itself is huge! Old fashioned but felt very sophisticated. Facilities are great and the space I can see would be fantastic for conventions. We loved our room, especially the huge smart TV for when we were recovering from a long flight.
I think because of the age of the hotel there were some issues with lighting buttons etc. This wasn’t a problem for us though, as it didn’t impact anything major.

Well appointed hotel in a great location. We stayed here for a wedding which was held in the hotel and it was just fabulous. The room was a good size with a great view.
The central heating and automatic closing of the window in the rooms. We're from Australia and we don't have central heating so found the warmth too much inside the hotel. We turned the heat down as much as possible but it was still too hot. We also opened the window for some cold air but that closes automatically on a regular basis

Ideally located across Central Park and within walking distance to market. only 25 minutes from the airport by a Taxi. Taxi fare around 34,000 KRW
Requested an invoice from the front desk but since it was paid by Booking.com, they could not provide me one. I think in the future they should be able to do so to help us fill out our expense reports.

Was leaving Korea for a couple of weeks, so my husband and I decided to spend our last weekend in Incheon so that our commute to the airport was short. I chose Central Park hotel for the old luxury feel and the view of central park. I thought it would be romantic. You walk out the front of the hotel to the park and river where you can take the little boats. We walked through the park every day, which was a romantic way to get to lunch and dinner. The spa tub with the jets was amazing! Made for a good bubble bath. My husband is a big man, and he looked like a kid in it.
While the hotel delivers on OLD luxury, I was disappointed that the hallway was so scary and destroyed. The wallpaper was cut up like someone took a knife to it. For something that looks like old luxury, walking past this every time to get to your room destroys the illusion and puts the hotel at the same level as cheap motels. The view was nice, but the windows were so dirty, I could barely get a good picture. Also, it was hard to figure out how to turn on the air conditioning.
