This hotel is by far the best I’ve stayed at in Korea. The location was fantastic, and the best part was the ocean view. Waking up to see the beautiful blue sea first thing in the morning was truly amazing. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of Nespresso coffee was unbeatable compared to any other hotel experience. They delivered a breakfast basket to my door in the morning, and it was great. The staff were incredibly friendly, and when I asked about how clean everything was, they mentioned the hotel had been recently redone. If I come back to Jeju, I will definitely stay here again. You should try this hotel—you’ll see what I mean

There's lots to like about this place! It is conveniently located within walking distance to tasty restaurants, bars, famous market, local shops, and the boat that takes you around the bay. The view from our room/balcony was beautiful, the room and its amenities were confortable and convenient, and we truly appreciated (and enjoyed!!) the breakfast basket every morning sitting outside our door. Water pressure was good and we were pleasantly surprised to have a nice speaker in the room to enjoy music and a glass of wine. Ah! different from other hotels, the mini-fridge was packed with goodies and non-alcoholic drinks that were free. The mini-fridge was replenished daily which was a plus! Customer service was amazing and the staff was quick to provide recommendations and directions when/if needed. Keep in mind that the hotel is located a good hour or so from the airport. This did not bother us but it is something you must consider, especially when making plans for your return flight.

Parking is very limited. Plan ahead. Know that the later you arrive, the likelier you will be to have to go park down the street -specially if you have a bigger car.

This little Hotel deserves more than a 2 star rating. The amenities in the room are beyond expectations. The turntable plays old international classics but would be nice to include some old Korean music records too. The rooms all get free daily breakfast and a fridge full of snacks and drinks which is generous. And there is a good Nespresso machine and pretty cups. Plus I love the high tech clothes purifier! Great for cleaning travelling clothes❤️.On a rainy day it was nice to stay in to read while listening to the record music and enjoying the fabulous view of the harbour. The seaview room is totally worth it. There is also parking right below the hotel which is so convenient. Staff are friendly, bed is very comfy and they use branded toiletries same as 5 star Lotte hotels! I will stay there again if I visit Jeju again.

I think the maintenance can improve. There is an air purifier in every room but when i opened the purifier in my room i saw the filter had a super thick layer of dust covering it entirely which was gross. Filters have to be cleaned every week for it to be of any use. The aircon vents also looked dirty. Showerhead holder is loose and cant hold it in place. Toilet water inlet was leaking onto the floor. But am sure this will improve.

The Seaview was absolutely amazing!! Other than that, the check in process was very simple and fast, room was extreme cozy and clean, free snacks and water were given which was really nice, and the staff was warm and polite. The room even had a Samsung airdresser where I can deodorise/sanitize my clothes (very helpful after eating kbbq) and a working vinyl which was really cool! The balcony would have been a great place to sit if not for the cold wind in winter. Breakfast was simple and cute too (the cereal goes really well with the milk provided). Loved the Molton Brown shampoo and body wash provided as well!!

Parking spaces at the premise are limited and could be an issue if you are back late. Towels smell slightly musky although clean.

This was just as good as the photos, we loved the excitement of the different breakfast and snacks each day. We also loved the steamer for your clothes, never seen one before. The speaker was also a lovely touch as we connected to it each day. Location of the hotel is great with the town and waterfall only 10 mins walk away. Cannot fault this place and would highly recommend. Forgot to say all Molton Brown toiletries too. They gave us maps and organised our taxi to the airport. We arrived later than planned and there was a self check in which also worked a treat.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Very nice, modern, stylish and cozy room. Breakfast is served up to your room every morning in a basket and you can it eat it in the balcony in front of the amazing view. Location is perfect, right next to a trail leading to some watrerfalls, temples and other landmarks. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The bathroom didn't have a bidet unlike many other hotels in Korea, and for some reason the cleaning staff would take away the hotel provided slippers when cleaning the room and not replace them, so we had to get new ones from the front desk.

Very cosy room and the whole hotel. I like a lot the bay view, and the vinyl player in my room with possibility to change the records: my favorite are Bob Dylan and The Beach Boys. Breakfast is kind of similar every day but it is served in personal basket. Also one day we took our basket at the previous evening so we could take the breakfast with us to a early hiking to Hallasan volcano. Staff was very friendly and responsible, they provided us with umbrellas when we wanted to go for a dinner during the rain

The location was amazing! We arrived, could park the car, check in - and enjoy the afternoon strolling around. The staff was exceptionak! My husband was given some tipps for dinner - and we had a blast (black pork, and the vest kimchi we had so far!), I asked for nespresso capsule and got 2 that were amazing (happy husband... ;). Everything about this place is cute: the room with the views, the breakfast basket, the analogue theme (exchanging LPs at the reception) and the gadget (we tried the cloths steaming wardrobe...twice...), and the crisps cookies and snacks provided. BTW When you are taller than 195cm you might not really fit below the shower head :D Thank you so much hotel Yeon! If we travelled to the same place twice we would come back!

Interesting details inside the room - they create an authentic atmosphere. We really liked to play vinyl and drink our morning coffee. And the view - it worths a lot! Especially we loved our breakfast in the basket - such a country style and caring thing :) Another point to choose it - dryer box without with in the summer it's impossible to have fresh cloths every day.

Looks like this hotel before (years ago) was something else and then been renovated. You can notice this here and there in the furniture though it's not a dealbreaker.

This was one of the best hotel stays we've experience. The amenities and service here even exceeds many 5 star hotels. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The daily replenishment of local snacks and breakfast delivered directly to the room were very appreciated and the room was very well equipped with a nice sound system, nespresso coffee machine, clothes steamer and air purifier. The seaview room view was amazing and absolutely worth booking.
