Quite & relaxing location, convenient to have N2CU & coin laundry, near hiking sites and it has kids lounge (unfortunately we can’t visit due to cleaning day),
Some of furniture might be old and needs to refurbish, no shelter at carpark.

Tableware for children was well prepared and it was good because it was a spacious restaurant and it was not crowded.
The breakfast was not worth paying. I couldn't agree that the foods were prepared by professional chefs.

The breakfast (KRW100,000) for a family of four was overpriced and lacked some of the things we would expect for an international buffet (waffles/pancakes for kids) - it was adequate but nothing more. The breakfast at Phoenix Pyeongchang was better.
Was surprised when we were supposedly charged KRW 60,000 for 1 adult and 2 kids each time to use the pool. We used the pool two days and the facilities were great (although no idea why the water slides were fenced off and not operational - surely not because of Covid?). Anyway the pool charges didn’t appear in our final invoice, so perhaps a miscommunication? Pool costs shouldn’t be additional to price of stay at a resort.

The pool was closed on Wednesday. No bottle water or water purifier.

A lot of space in the room, sparse on furniture. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Close to attractions. Like pictures by the swing.
No ac in hall way, the pictures in the advertisement of the buildings are false sea water has definitely deteriorated out side of building. Bring your own large towels. Maid service, when it comes only delivers small towels. Tv in bathroom did not work. Knob to shower door was broken. Outside porch lights did not work. No patio furniture. Why have a patio with no furniture to sit on.
