There is no door in the bathroom which made showering a little awkward. Not all of the lights worked. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff were very good and friendly.

We had a little bit of trouble finding the place because it seems to have more than one name, but when our app said we were there (it was right in from of the entrance of a kind of underground parking lot) we really were at the right place. From there, we could easily walk to restaurants, convenience stores and whatever we needed. There is a site nearby with nice waterfalls ; it's just a two-minute drive on the other side of the harbor. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy. Oftentimes in Korea places offer hard beds, so that was a very nice change. The room had a small balcony. The room was really soundproof; at east, we didn't hear anything. Unfortunately, we were there just for one night and the next day was the day off for the restaurant, so we didn't have a chance to eat there but the menu looked good and the outdoor terrace (we could see it from our balcony) looked nice.

The owner and staff were exceptionally supportive, making our stay very pleasant. The location is excellent and peaceful, with a stunning view of the port. The rooms were spacious, featuring two large queen beds.

The condition of the balcony was not satisfactory and is in need of renovation.

The ratio room size vs price was amazing. We are speaking of 40m2 for half of the price of a usual 20m2. The balcony with the view on the harbour was plus as well and we appreciated the possibility to take a drying rack to our room.

Everything was fine but if we need to add something negative, I would just say that the indoor carpark is very tight.

The location is close to the seogwipo harbor, with lots of local eateries and one of the closest hotels to Cheonjiyeon Fall. The room with balcony is spacious with a good view of the harbor. The price is very reasonable so don’t expect a lot of luxury.

We didn’t expect much given the prices.

Staff is super friendly. Good location, within walking distance to the waterfalls and also has several convenience stores around (I still recommend renting a car to explore Jeju). Room was huge, with a great view to the harbor. Amazing value for money

The facilities are a little dated and cleaning was not consistent. Some days, the room was properly cleaned while others it seemed like they only changed towels.

Location was convenient, I was able to start sightseeing one hour after I arrived. it was right next to a famous falls.

just some maintenance issues. There was a water stain and rotting on the ceiling of my room. also, when I moved the dresser forward, there was a lot of debris and dirt stop behind the dresser in the wall so perhaps some general cleaning would be good for that room.

Great view from the balcony and very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly too. The bar and restaurant was a lovely place to spend time and was very well decorated with a nice outdoor space. I wouldn’t recommend the pizza there though personally, but it wasn’t bad for Western food in Korea. Good location in Seogwipo although I don’t think I’d choose to stay in Seogwipo again as there was a lot of travelling to get to places, I’d probably stay in Jeju city. But that’s not the hotel’s fault and if I was staying in Seogwipo I’d definitely go back to this hotel.

Comfortable, good air conditioning, clean, large room, good tv with Netflix. Nice view. Generally a very nice place.

The location is away from the center of town a bit and you have a large hill to climb to get there. It is walkable, but you will definitely know you have climbed a hill. That, plus the lack of bus service to the hotel is a disadvantage if you want to travel around the area. It is also not a busy area for taxis, so it is difficult to get one in the street. When we tried to call one from the hotel, taxi drivers were not interested in going to the hotel to make a short trip to the center of town. So if you want to stay there, plan on getting some exercise unless you have a car. It is a short walk to both waterfalls, but if you want to get out of town to see things (unless you have a car) it might be better to stay in a more centrally located place.
