Location is good, close to subway, and close to the airport bus. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and as we understood in Korea you should ask to clean the room as it is not usual to to do it without guest's permission. Coffee and drinks are available in the lobby, rooms were clean.

They don't have elevator, and next to the hotel there was some karaoke place and in the night on saturday you can hear singing from that place.

Pressure for hot water is not strong enough. No elevator, so carrying heavier luggage is a bit of a challenge for higher floors.

The location of this hotel is great, both the bus stop and the metro are in nearby walking distance. The staff was always friendly and helpful as well as willing to be more helpful in any other things or doubts we might have. The room was very comfortable and good space specially considering the amount of luggage we had. The extra facilities and amenities were great as well and the staff was helpful to use or check their availability. They even had free drinks and some extra small items at the entry that were free to get. Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity to return to Seoul.

No elevator, not a problem for us but recognize the issue if staying in an upper level.(Staff would help anyway). And the towels were somewhat small. (Staff will easily provide more).

Great location, very close to shopping, restaurants, and public transport. The airport shuttle bus stop is around the corner so handy for luggage. No elevator, but that was explained in the description beforehand. Despite the late check-in (6 pm), we were able to drop our bags off early (12 pm) and were allowed the free drinks (water, juice) immediately. We'd requested the sofa to be set up as a bed for our kid, and that was ready when we checked in.

Bags were just stored in the hallway so would have preferred a more secure location, but the reception is apparently staffed 24 hrs. Room space is a little tight for a longer stay, but perfectly fine for a couple of days.

Enjoyed our stay! 5min walk to metro station and bus stop. Many restaurants and currency exchange nearby. 8min walk to APM Place. In my room, many amenities are available including hair dryer, slippers, teeth brush and even skincare and condoms. A tea table and 2 chairs. Friendly staff who will help carry your bags upstairs. Unlimited supplies of bottled water, soft drinks and tea bags. A kitchenette with dishes, microwave, toaster. Lovely rooftop!

1) The water drainage in the bathroom was horrible. The bathroom literally flooded since the shower area is not separated from the toilet and basin. Had to soak my feet in the used water. Somehow, it got fixed in the second last night of my stay. The drainage was doing fine and the water dried quickly. 2) No elevator. Have to carry the luggage upstairs but the staff will help!

The room and bathroom is pretty big for Seoul standards and kind staff.

I have lots to say and will keep it real. The location is right within DDP, there is no elevator however staff will help you with your luggage. The biggest shock when I arrived was that I could only check-in from 7 pm onwards. Like what other hotel does this? Its usually starting from 3 pm onwards. They made me pay extra so I could go to my room (nice way to make extra money). I only booked this hotel because of their availability, in no way were they value for money. I have stayed in much better hotels for way cheaper. But it was my mistake because I booked too late. The street is full with restaurants and somehow the smell also enters the room. The walls are paper thin and early in the morning there is just so much noise. Got me waking up at 6 am everyday. Safe to say that I will not be staying here again.

Perfect location to Dongdamum, markets and shopping malls.

however, it's too noisy at night times because it's next to a Karaoke shop. The toilet bin is not fully clean when we get in.

The room and the bathroom were clean

It is a tourist trap. We didn’t book the room we were given. When I complained I was treated as an idiot by the receptionist explaining with google translate that there is no difference between the photos and the room we were given, well, except, that It was a tiny room and the photos showed a bigger one, it had an extremely small window looking onto an airco, while the photo showed a normal window. The room was overheated and had to beg the receptionist to turn off the heating. You can get a lot better rooms for this price in Seoul.

Room was very small and very smelly. The air doesn’t properly circulate so tue smell stays. There was mold on the walls near the window, a large blood stain on the covers and small blood stains on the sheets. There were hair in the bed when we arrived. The street of the hotel isn’t great but it’s general location is ok. In full honestly, our worst stay of the trip.
