The price is very affordable. The location is good. Near Itaewon Station, exit 4. Bus stop is nearer to the guesthouse. Bus 421 will take you directly to Gangnam, Myeongdong and Namdaemun. The family room with 2 queen size bed is sufficient for my family. The hot water and water pressure in the bathroom are good. Heating in the room is good during winter. The staff is very responsive.

The family room is located outside at level 3. No lift. The staircase is very steep and must be very careful during winter. The shared kitchen is located in the main guesthouse. Quite inconvenient to go during winter. The pillow is very thin. I have to fold it into two to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is nearby bus stop and just 500m from itaewon station. It was easy to find the hotel. The admin was fast respond. The room was clean, bed sheet was clean, bathroom also clean and water heater works well.

You have to climb stairs and carry your heavy big luggage. Especially for room in 3rd floor. Climbing stairs might not suitable for parents or elderly.

Location is good, very clean room, private toilet, big table for work.

Fridge is only in share area.

The guesthouse is located in a small alley in Itaewon, a few minutes by foot from main street. Close to subway and bus stops, 7eleven, restaurants and cafes. It's relatively quiet and a great place to explore both night and day. In the room you have everything you need and if you get short on shampoo or toilet paper, you can get it from the kitchen. You can put your food in the fridge, use the microwave, there is also a stove and water purifier. The staff is really friendly, kind and helpful. You can ask for a fresh towel and laundry service (additionally paid). I stayed there for one month and this place grew on me. If I have a chance I would like to come back again.

If you are not used to using the shower without a shower cabin, it could be confusing but eventually it's ok.

We were here in 2022 and returned this year. We took 2 separate orders in May. Great value for the price! A clean room, especially the toilets and linens - which is not always the case in guesthouses. A simple but clean room and exactly what you need. There is a shared kitchenette, the check-in/check-out process is easy and fast. A few minutes walk from the center of Itaewon and the subway. Although we did not meet the staff in person, they provided excellent service including help with a special laundry request after hours.

Love the kitchen, i can cook anytime. The location also is near the subway, almost 3-5 minutes walk. There are lots of restaurants including the grocery store and 7/11. We also left our luggage in the hall after check-out coz we went to Bukchon before going to the airport.

There are mosquitoes in our room. No rug. No extra adaptor for my hair iron. We tried buying in convenient stores but they only have adaptor for cellphones. Water temperature is inconsistent. Sometimes very hot and sometimes very cold. No bidet. We made instant dipper out from a mineral water bottle.

Location is awesome.

I like everything. They provide extension and I just have to bring travel adapter and my M’sia type of extesion. Hair dryer also provided. Aircond works functionly. They also provide umbrella incase of rain <— Which I love the most cuz I dont need to buy one. Convenient store is neraby! Overall it’s wonderful. 😍

Guesthouse quite far and further inside. So many stairs.

I like how the place is just opposite main road and easily accessible by walking from Itaewon Stn (Exit 4). The room is a bit small but still comfortable enough for my family (4 adult + 1 child). The place has enough facilities to be used and can borrow the umbrella if you need one. You can leave your luggage even after you check out.

A bit confusing when we are arriving because no sign to facilitate us toward the guesthouse, maybe can pun a signage at the front road with the arrow indicating the guesthouse.

The location is near the station and you can go to many Itaewon clubs that are like 10 minutes walking, there are also many convince stores around the area and the staff are very nice and friendly

the rooms are a little small but for the price is good
