friendly staff. very clean and modern facilities. although a wet bathroom, there is a shower separation. extremely convenient location, right in the heart of sokcho with amazing views of the lake. the building has a direct access convenience store and restaurants on first floor. 5 minutes walking distance to the sokcho tourist market. washing machine inside room was a bonus. the staff provides extra amenities and leaves by door side each day, if you're staying for more than 2 days I think. there is a paid coin laundry also on the first floor, if you need to quickly dry your clothes (but a little overpriced). overall an unexpectedly awesome experience. will definitely stay here again!

This is the second time in a year we’ve stayed here. The location is very good. the room function is perfect, providing a lot of space to keep stuff plus a washing machine, a microwave, a big fridge, toiletries. Beds and room are clean with very good view of the lake and the colorful bridge of sokcho at night. The hotel sfaff even cannot speak English, they’ve tried to communicate via translate app, good service. surely recommended!!

Just a little thing, there is no bathroom mat.

Slow lift especially around check out time (11am). Took me 15-20 minutes (I missed 4 lifts) to get down to reception from the 20th floor . Lift was already at capacity once it reached the 20th floor.

The location of the property is convenient with a bus stop that services buses that is able to bring us to the various places of interests, Mount Seorak, bus terminals etc. it also helps that there is a 24hr restaurant in front of the bus stop to cater to our meals whenever needed

Some of the staff was not very fluent with English but they try to help as much as they are able to

Location is good. Building is new and in great shape. View of the harbor is fantastic. Many restaurants and pubs nearby. Can walk around harbor in an afternoon.

Housekeeping is non-existent unless you request it. However, they do resupply towels and water daily. Front desk personnel speak little English, but make a great effort to communicate. Premium English language TV channels are PPV.

Location was good, near eateries, market and shops. E-mart on ground floor of hotel was also convenient., as was the laundry facility.

Unfortunately our elevator stopped 10th Saturday aprox 5~6 pm at forth floor, we been eleven people inside, Mentinence staff comes aprox 15~20 minutes after we complained...I don’t say it is because of property directly, Elevator was new but was bad-luck... Hotel-staff cooperate very well, ( sometimes it happens, so Iam not taking this seriously, ) Because of staff good behaviors I give 10 upon 10 . When ever i go i try to stay this hotel ...
