The staff was very responsive. We were a bit hot in our room and as soon as we contacted them through the chat they went to our room to check the thermostat. They even returned to deliver a fan to help us stay cool at night (there is central air so the aircon only goes so low). The location is a short walk to the market, the local train station (not KTX), and buses to take you anywhere in the city.

The contactless check in was a little confusing and took longer than anticipated (I was a little confused by the email but they did send an email prior to check in). The English site for check in was as easy to navigate as the Korean, once I found the Korean site the process was fast! The breakfasts were just ok.

Clean and simple room. Easy online check-in with no need to speak with anyone. A surprisingly painless experience.

The room was too hot and the temperature controls did not work well. I had to sleep with the window open to cool down.

It wasn't a problem for me, but there isn't really a front desk. Everything is done through online check-in. Makes you win time and allow for lower prices, but don't expect to get recommandation about the city.

Very clean and modern, thanks to special offer I got an upgrade to suite room, very good value for money.

Surrounding area is still being developed, nothing much to do, view from my room had nothing much of interest.

ACs in the rooms we booked could not cool down the hotel, so it was 28-29°C in the room during the day, 24-25°C during the night. Common areas did not have AC at all. The gym is really poorly equipped, do not expect to do a full workout.

The hotel is approximately 300 meters from the City centre. In the immediate vicinity, there are 2 nightclubs for those interested. Rooms are nicely decorated, with a selection of pillows to like. Coin laundry shop on the 3rd floor. 24 hrs convenient store on the ground floor.

The air conditioning was switched off and not working. As there is no staff (no reception), there is no one to complain to, especially if you are a foreigner. Windows can open very little, so no help at all. Ventilation in the toilet didn't work either. The hotel safe is out of order and probably needs replacement batteries. Underground parking is run by different Companies and is relatively tiny/crowded, so if you opt for it, they may take your car to another location (kind of walle parking). Breakfast offered is way too limited and quite expensive for what is provided. Rooms wifi is a bit unstable, but not bad. Cleaning service, bedsheet replacement, and towel replacement are available only upon request one day in advance. Before checking out, the hotel sends an Email asking you to clean your room and leave it tidy ?!?!
