The Hotel itself was really nice and well located for walking The Camino - However we did not have a pleasant experience at reception. The lady was not very pleasant and unfriendly. We also got some laundry done and again the lady on reception (different Lady) was quite unpleasant. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience - did not start to 8am and everyone came at once and we had to sit in a separate seating area as there was no room available. Very chaotic and not a lot of choice

how the breakfast was organised or very disorganised

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise with its well-appointed renovations and amazing value. The bathrooms and extra beds were spacious and well thought out. Close to grocery stores and restaurants it was everything we could wish for on the Camino. Comfortable beds, a great kitchen to cook in, and a filling breakfast with gluten-free options. Some amazing value in accommodation and staffing. Reception was informative and very helpful.

That we didn't stay longer the next hotel for more was a disaster

Great location - quiet, off the main square, but close to shopping and eating areas. They had very efficient laundry service and a cafeteria for breakfast. The rooms were very clean, and were spacious if there were only two beds in the room. Elevator was very appreciated.

Families and good friends will love the triple and quad rooms, but these are rooms with two twin beds, and two beds that fold out of the walls which take away from floor space. You can see this in their pictures on their website. We had two triples booked, but ended up getting a third room with two twin beds because we didn’t want to be so on top of one another. We loved this hotel.

Very clean, very new, well appointed. Loved this place. They have laundry service, and a cafeteria for breakfast. Excellent location on a quiet street.

A triple or quad room would be great for good friends or family, but are extremely small if you’re not acquainted with everyone in the room. They are double rooms with two extra beds that fold out from the wall (you can see this in their pictures on their site). We reserved two triple rooms, but ended up getting a third room with just two beds in it. Not a complaint at all - great idea for close friends or families.

Modern well-furnished room if a little “executive” but had everything we needed after a day’s Camino walking. Checkin was very efficient and the receptionist was very kind. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Staff at breakfast not so friendly but it could be a language issue. It didn’t affect our impression. There were some teenagers making noise at about 4am coming in from night out. Hopefully that’s a one-off.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Crucially, the windows were great to keep noise to a minimum as the Fiesta was on - great fun, but not after walking 31 km! Air conditioning was very effective. We were leaving before breakfast next morning, so they left 2 substantial picnics for us at reception, which we really appreciated.

The staff were SO accommodating - they helped us along our Camino by providing laundry service! It was much needed and we were so appreciative of their kindness. The room we stayed in was small, but perfect size for two people. Very centralized to the Camino and great location to venture out to get food!

We arrived very early (10am) due to the only flight from Madrid, and the check in time is not until 2pm. Unfortunately, our room was not ready. The manager helpfully gave us a map and suggested things to do as we waited--unfortunately, our daughter was ill and when he saw her dismay, he asked the staff to prepare a room for us right away. We were so thankful. We were also flexible as to what type of beds we would accept and what was available that early (check out wasn't until 12). Our stay included a continental breakfast. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly. English is very minimal in Spain, but the manager had a translation app and it worked well (my phone's data is very slow in Europe, so my app didn't work) The location is within walking distance of the port, and one would pass many shops and restaurants on the way. It's down hill to the shore, but up hill back--maybe 1/2 mile

I have absolutely no complaints.

The bedroom and bathroom were very good.

No air-conditioning in the bedroom. Receptionist was very disinterested on both arrival and check- out. Not very welcoming at all. Also breakfast stood over us and made it clear repeatedly that no-one could take anything away from the buffet. We understood this but whenever they continued to watch everyone it felt very intimidating!!

It was central and near to the Camino - the rooms and bathroom were large and airy

The staff were pretty unfriendly and we felt least welcome here of all of the hotels on the Camino. This said, it was clean and warm with an ok breakfast
