The room was amazing. I slept well on the bed. The bathroom was very modern. I liked the auto lights on the room with the room key. The breakfast is a great offer too.

The rain head shower got everywhere. I had to use towels to keep the water from escaping the shower area. Two towels were soaked with every shower use. The bath tub was a fun addition to the room, however, when I used the jets that water shot 6 feet in all directions from the tub that I had to clean up with four towels. It was very hot to have the air shut off while the room key was not in the energy slot. I understand that it is important to conserve energy, however, it seems like it takes too much energy to get the room cool again after it gets too hot. The final thing that I can request for your hotel is cultural. I find that most public restrooms don't offer hand soap at every sink. I would suggest that a soap dispenser be added.

I had an issue on arrival but the Manager Susana dealt with it efficiently and swiftly. She did an excellent job of diffusing the situation and I thank her for her excellent service and my upgrade. The room I was in was quiet, very large, comfortable, had a tub with jets for a nice massage and pleasant views. I had a very good rest and was pleased with the overall service provided by the friendly and cheerful room cleaning staff.

The hotel is furnished but not decorated or with any substantial design concept. There is alot of space which is not utilized and this makes the ambience of the hotel 'cold' and unwelcoming upon entering. The rooms are in need of touchups as they are quite worn out and again need some warmth in the design. The male reception staff should smile more and try to be more hospitable towards guests. The location without a car is a bit challenging but as I booked the hotel last minute,I cannot say this is a big problem because if I had a car I would be happy that I had somewhere to park.

Room was not ready. I had asked for early check in but the room was not ready. Eventually when we checked in Air conditioning didn’t kicked in for almost more than an hour. They gave us only one key so when we went for breakfast we took the key out that stopped the air conditioner at that time and never came back on until we checked out at noon. We suffered without air conditioning for 5 hours.

I really liked the views outside, the room was spacious and the bathroom was enormous. The room was clean and it had a big wardrobe. I recommend the stay, well spent money! :)

The last floor is a bit warm with temperatures of around 40 degrees in Madrid, but after giving the news to the staff of the hotel, they have changed our room to the second floor - it was way cooler there. So it's not really a disadvantage, but just be careful of the placement of the room :)

We surprisingly stayed at the room with a bathtub that was just amazing! The view from the window to the garden was spectacular, everything cristal clean, all new, we had an amazing time!

The setback it’s that you need a transport to move easier, but still we didn’t have and managed walking, renting an electrical scooter or transport apps.

We didn't expect such a nice experience from our stay, but in fact we liked it very very much. The hotel itself is a well running one, comfortable and nice in many details. What I like the most are the view from the huge windows and the personal. You can enjoy a nice panorama of Madrid, blue Spanish sky and white traces from the planes directly from your bed. Fantastic! The mirror on the wall makes this view even better, you may have a feeling in some moments that you are like in the sky. All the stuff is professional and nice, but I would like to mention Olga, who is really professional and helpful. Thank you very much Olga! Great breakfast (including lactose free milk), comfy beds, design of the room (having bath in the room directly (yes, and be able to see the sky from it!!!) and also the shower in the bathroom), atmosphere. Highly recommended hotel!!! Hope to be back!

Too short stay

I liked the assortment of snacks available in the fridge, and the staff kept using Spanish with me (sometimes people assume I know English better and switch)

Availability of airport shuttle. Although the hotel is perfectly reachable by two 8xx busses from the airport, I guess many people would prefer a paid transfer, especially as it's a 4 star hotel and not a budget place.

Very clean, modern hotel, very friendly staff, rooms very spacious with huge windows for a nice view, minibar and safe, also shower and bath tub present, free parking at the street near hotel possible, garage is offered but actually not needed

The bed is very comfortable. The room is large, comfortable and beautiful.

This is not a tourist area. This is a quiet residential area. There is no spa in the hotel. There is no pool. The advantage is that it is close to the airport

Room was nice and spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was clean and the supplied toiletries were nice. The bed was comfy and the bedding was good.

Only one plug socket at the side of the bed was inconvenient.
