The buffet breakfast was excellent. More gluten free options would have been good, especially cereal.

The room we booked originally didn't have a view and was small with a king sized bed. We wanted a super king bed, so upgraded to a larger twin room with a view which catered to our needs very well.

From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely warm, friendly and very helpful. Given they almost never have guests from the UK the service was exceptional. Our room was vast, the indoor pool was a joy.

Parts of the accomodation are starting to look tired. Not all aspects of the spa were available I suspect they are a bit under staffed. All that said don't let a few negative observations put you off staying.

The breakfast was very very poor. No eggs, sausage or anything consistent, basically bread and some old cheese. The rules in the spa are quite stupid, only a certain amount of time, wear a mask, wear a cap but nobody tells you ahead of time so you need to waste minutes with those rules.

The room smelled terrible of heavy cigarette smoke, hallways smelled very musty. The room’s air conditioner didn’t work , so windows had to be kept open and a constant VERY LOUD train goes by in front of the hotel windows. Only one very thin overly washed towel was given per person at this spa hotel with indoor and outdoor pools, without any way of drying it, since this towel didn’t dry overnight by itself: no bath robe to use in the spa. Required to wear a mask to walk into a hot thermal pool room area (!), but no mask was required anywhere else on the property (!!!), so this is very silly. No one spoke English to give any directions to explore the area or answer any questions

Service at the reception and spa, horrible breakfast, try to sell stuff as extra, bathrobe, mask, cap for thermal spa, spa time reduced not even an hour. Trying to found mask in a village was challenging.

Location was near restaurants around the small town

Nestor at the front desk was the only person to be kind. The old lady at the bathhouse was very rude and seemed like she did not want her job. The same goes for one other woman at the front desk who never shed a smile. The hotel was completely booked, so getting a parking space was a struggle, the pool was dirty and there were no chairs available we had to take a towel and sit on the floor by the pool. The card doors always got deactivated we had to go 4 times downstairs to get them reactivated and we made sure not to put them close to other cards or near our cellphones.
