The location is excellent, on the main street. As you enter the property through the gate, you are welcomed by a very nicely decorated interior. The house has several apartments and a cozy common area with a shared kitchen. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can relax and even sunbathe. Our apartment was comfortable, large and quiet even if the windows were facing the main street. The apartment has all the facilities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible (coffee, tea, free WiFi, excellent air conditioning etc.)

We would have enjoyed a slightly better mattress with a firm texture.

This is a beautiful property with lots of comfort. Great bed and pillows, our big suite was beautifully decorated. Fridge with good priced items, and complimentary coffee/ tea in the room. It had nice items such as hair conditioner, heated mirror , robes and towel heater which added extra luxury. Breakfast had different kind of nice bread. Wifi connection very good. Nice private garage not far away to store our bicycles securely.

Not easy to get to the front door as there are steps from either side. Staff was friendly but we felt a bit uncomfortable as it seemed like we were on a visit at the royal family palace. It would have been nice if they weren’t trying to be perfect but just more personal.

We loved our beautiful comfortable accommodation. We had the San Pedro Suite and it was so tasteful and luxurious, including the bed; the linen and furnishings. Anika welcomed us on arrival with a cold drink and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Chumina Restaurant just across the road was lovely, with friendly helpful staff. We never used the hotel parking area as we found a great free park on the street right outside the hotel. The location was perfect for walking around the town, and a few minutes walk to the old town. Wow. One of those hard-to-find, uniquely beautiful properties. But bingo, once you do find one like Boutique Suites, you quickly and enthusiastically refer to friends and family. The owners have meticulously thought of every possible need and ensured the highest standards of comfort for a relaxing stay, including but not limited to: on-point communication prior to arrival, easy-on-the-eyes color scheme throughout the property, refreshingly appreciated welcome drink upon arrival, devilishly comfortable bed, high-quality linens and bathrobes, invitingly open and roomy shower (other Suites have a less open layout for the shower area), perfectly placed lighting and several handy outlets for phones, plus a well stocked mini-bar in addition to the complimentary coffee and mineral waters. An open terrace bar and lounge area on the roof of the property offered an additionally perfect sunset view. The generous breakfast graciously served in the well-appointed common area was one of the best breakfasts ever -- with a mix of sweet and fresh pastries, savory local fare, an option of eggs cooked-on-demand, fresh juice, yoghurt/granola, etc. The bar for breakfast was high, especially given the rest of our experience, but it exceeded even our high expectations, and absolutely topped off a perfect stay. (Also worthy of mention, a smart parking option is freely offered to guests. Reserved spaces are conveniently located in a large, indoor parking garage, away from the summer heat and a few minutes' walk from the property. It was a brilliant idea to get our car out of the sun and to get a worry out of our mind!)

Perfect stay. Great hospitality, spacious suite, magnificent design, sparkling clean, generous amount of amenities and great recommendations for local restaurants. This is probably the closest you can dream of a perfect stay for vacation.

The bathroom is wide open - without doors. so if you aren’t intimate with your roommate, you might feel uncomfortable to take a shower. Also a small nit pick, I consider the bed to be a bit too low, so I struggled slightly to get off the bed in the morning.

Just amazing! Beautiful spacious room, fully equipped with everything you need, very comfortable bed, TV with streaming services if you need to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The personnel and owners are simply excellent, super friendly, all of them were always ready to help you and provide you with anything you need. I really liked the tips they gave me, e.g. when I went to Cádiz for a day. They really make you feel at home there. Arcos de la Frontera is a nice town, not too big, but location-wise also a good starting point to visit other parts of Andalusia like Sevilla, Cádiz, Ronda and other white towns in the area. As the hotel offers private parking, it was easy to make day trips by car.

Beautiful refurbished property in the heart of Arcos de la Frontera. Boutique style was warm and provided full attention by the staff, who were all lovely! Furnishings were new but mid-century modernish with art reminiscent of the history of Arcos. The suite was large with a huge bathroom down and a powder room up. A rooftop terrace was lovely. Breakfast was beautiful. The wine bar was well stocked with good local wine. I would stay here again without question.

A few supplies shortcomings - no soap in the powder room and minimal shower lotions and gels.

This was by far the best find in Spain in our 3 week stay. This is a brand new facility (4 months). Small only 4 rooms but wonderful large room (multilevel) with full bathroom, shower on one level and additional toilet on second level plus standalone sink area. Location was perfect. Tough town to drive around the small streets. We were lucky to find a space right in front of hotel for our stay. But they have covered secure parking near by. The staff was the best we experienced anywhere we went. Two outstanding young ladies doing an internship from Hungary and Italy. Could not have made our experience any better. Great reception with lots of cava! This is perfect place and location for a couple. Breakfast was included at an incredible total cost. This will not last! Perfect stay.

Absolutely nothing is wrong with this place.

The standout here is the staff. They took great care of me, booked a table in a lovely restaurant for dinner and were generally very attentive. I stayed in the Guadalete suite, which was offered as a free upgrade. It's a very interesting room. The decor I would describe as classic Soho House. Fabulous pillows: I don't get to say that often about a hotel. Clearly a lot of time, attention, love and money went into converting the building.

The parking situation: it was fairly easy to find the garage, but I could not easily find the parking spaces within. and the lights went out while I was driving around. There are some bugs to work out there. I would update the online instructions to include more photos. There is an uneven walk ramp down to the shower in the room in the Guadalete suite. I found it a bit difficult to navigate. Totally subjective: the mattresses were a tad too firm for me.

Perfect stay in Arcos de la Frontera thanks to Boutique Suites! Gareth, Abraham and Helena really exceeded our expectations and needs. The hotel is ideally located, the facilities are great and the rooms are very tastefully decorated. The shower is perfect, our room was very spacious, etc. Everything that can be needed is also available in the room! Can only recommend picking Boutique Suites if you come to Arcos or its surrounding region. The perfect camp de base!

Nothing really - perfect stay. I don't usually review hotels and BnBs on Booking.com but I had to for Boutique Suites! It speaks for itself!
