Fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment! The location is ideal, right by La Sagrada Familia and 2 minute walk to the closest metro, so it's perfect for getting around the city. The staff are lovely, really friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself is huge, plenty of space in all the rooms and there is a balcony with a perfect view of La Sagrada Familia. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

The room size is good also the size of the bathroom.

The water heater is not working. The oven is on when I got in. I only realized in the morning because of the sound in the kitchen. When I checked, it was the oven. Luckily it was on low heat seating otherwise it could cause a fire.

It is close to metro and Sagrada Familia, shops are nearby, the hotel is clean. There was fresh smell in the rooms.the beds are convenient,the kitchen is well equipped.we stayed on the first floor,looking to the courtyard. The apartment is very big, you have a living room and 2 bedrooms, there are lots of space for your things. There is a practical door separating the lift from the apartments, and there are other two doors which can separate well those who want silence. You can leave your luggage there after check-out. Small kitchen and bathroom liquids are given.supergreat apartment in all! The wifi worked well and had no additional cost.

Just a few things.The hairdryer could not work more than 1 minute. The bath cannot be used as a bath, just for shower, but there is a severe drought in Barcelona so you should not waste water at all. The taste of tap water is strange. On tv there are only Spanish channels.

The apartment as much larger than the pictures convey. There is an entry hall between the kitchen and the living area, and then another door to a hallway off to the bedrooms, which are divided by a large bathroom. This created a lot of internal soundproofing and privacy. You can hear the people above beside you a little bit, which is to be expected in all large city, and an older building. It was very quiet in the evening nights we stayed there. Obviously the view can’t be beat, be sure to ask for a terrace, not a courtyard view, which is actually more of an air shaft. The staff was extremely accommodating and will keep your luggage in a locked storage room if checkout time doesn’t work for you. For the price and location, it is an absolute deal for Barcelona.

There are no lamps, only overhead, bright lighting.

It was a very spacious, and well designed apartment with a comfortable king bed! The balcony was awesome with a great view of the Sagrada Familia! This was our favourite spot to sit and relax!! The shower was excellent. It was very close to bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here.

Be aware that the patio door self locks so we got locked out! Thankfully we woke a neighbour and the hotel staff were available 24 hours and came to our rescue. Even with this little incident, we loved this place!!

Staff were very helpful, polite, and friendly. Lovely decor, clean, spacious, quiet, and well-equipped apartment in an excellent location. Grocery stores, self-serve laundry, and many restaurants/cafes nearby. Public transport only a few blocks away made it easy to get anywhere in the city. (Barcelona has an excellent system that is easy to navigate with English options at the ticket machines.) The balcony of the apartment has a tremendous view of the Sagrada Familia with a table/chairs, making it an appealing spot to relax with a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend these apartments.

Nothing at all! Keep up the good quality apartment and service you provide

The apartment building is just the right distance from Sagrada Familia, away from the crowds but close enough to walk. Nearby metro and all the shops are all handy for the stay. There is also a supermarket right round the corner from it. The place is staffed 24 hours and there is daily cleaning and towel changes. The rooms in the flat were clean and in good condition with air conditioning. There is a lift and secure entry to each of the flats. Overall it is a very clean and well presented flat in a good locality and is good value for money.

There was no washing machine in our flat or in the building. However there were communal, pay to use washing machines close to Segrada Familia.

The place is excellent, very modern and has everything needed nearby, just exit the hotel and everything needed can be found in 5 minutes: many shops, bars, markets, souvenir shops, everything! It is modern, the entire apartament is huge, a living room smelling good, a double room and a single berdroom, bathroom with handles for the disabled in the bath tube and bideu, kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwave and a terrace from the kitchen with no view.. Be very careful that the door to the balcony can leave you blocked outside and can only be opened from the inside. The view of Sagrada from the balcony is stunning. The kitchen has all the facilities needed for short/long stays, including dish washer and soap for manual dish washing. Reception is available 24/24 and the staff is very friendly, they ordered a taxi to the airport for us and stored luggage, also they speak English and leave us wait for the taxi in the lobby and use the toaleta after check-out. They take out the garbage and change towels daily. The area is more than secure and very nice to wander around. There was a bottle of water in the fridge which was a blessing after the voyage. The price of booking about 6 months in advance was excellent, half of the price at the time of the holiday.

The stove top in my room was probably disfunctional but there was a microwave and a toaster. Some coffee would have pleased me instead of the oil/vinegar kit and an ashtray in the balcony would have been necessary.

Location: The location of the apartment is ideal, once you exit the building you see Sagrada Familia on the left. What else would you ask for? There are plenty of grocery markets, cafes and restaurants. Comfort: the beds were super comfortable, good noise isolation, in rooms and entire flat, all items you need for cooking, cleaning dishes. Towels were clean. Garbage was taken out daily. We chose to stay there because we were traveling with our 7 months old baby it was important for us to prepare meals, vegetable purées, plus my husband doesn’t like cold. Therefore, heating was essential for us. After messaging with the property, we were told that the heating works well.
