A solid stay in an excellent location that will be perfect for a couple of nights' getaway. The place is easily accessible to the city centre, within a comfortable walking distance to three different underground stations. The hotel itself is modern in a no-frills kind of way, quite minimalist in terms of facilities but still more than enough for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and online check in was a breeze.

We stayed in a superior twin room on the fourth floor. The mattresses and pillows were quite uncomfortable and felt rather cheap. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower and sink faucets was very weak.

Perfect location, not far from metro, taxis passing out front to flag down, room was clean and well maintained by housekeeping daily. No complaints Staff always friendly and the hotel lobby smells great, strange thing to say I know but we both commented on it. I put the hotel didn't meet expectations but the only issue was the 2 single beds as commented on below.. Just check when booking that you have a double in advance.

A mature gentleman wearing glasses on reception visibly sighed when we asked a question about our room. We had two single beds but as a couple expecting a double bed at the least, pushed together didn't help as massive gap down the middle, we asked if any other rooms available and he just answered in a very clipped tone. Perhaps he needs to do a customer service course as a smile and manners cost nothing and then doesn't leave paying customers feeling uncomfortable.

Room 905 has a view to the Sagrada Familia.

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff. Excelent breakafast. They provide gluten free bread and muffins on request and you have plenty of other naturally gluten free products (eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, milk, juices etc...) Staff is knowledgable about GF. Area with breads and paistiries is separated from the rest of the food area. Hotel location is perfect (neer metro station and different busses). In the vicinity you have couple of GF restorants. In few words perfect location for the celiacis.

The rooftop pool and lounge area was lovely. Hotel downstairs was clean and reception staff were all lovely!

There were only a few little things but we would still return. Unfortunately the pool was freezing!! Even in the sun! So although the pool area was lovely, the 3x I went up there, I didn’t get in the pool! It also said online there was a rooftop bar and snacks but didn’t see a single member of staff up there to take orders? The main thing for us was the noise of the road - we read this on other reviews but didn’t think much of it.. however, we were 8 floors up and could hear everything! It woke me up multiple times in the night.. on the first night I thought the window was open because of how loud it was. Not the hotels fault but if you’re a light sleeper maybe ask for a room facing the back of the hotel.

The room with terrace was lovely. The bed is very large. The room is a nice size. The bathroom is small but adequate for us. There is a large window in the bathroom which gives a perfect view of the top of the Sagrada Famila. This was amazing to look at each day of our stay. From the terrace the view is of the city but you can see down to some of the buildings in Barceloneta like the W Hotel which is a landmark. The hotel has many food places near by like Sandwich, Ramen BCN and Casa Amalia as well as a supermercado for stocking up on snacks and extra water..There is a mini bar in the room and a coffee machine.

Would have liked a bigger bathrobe - there was no option but that is so minor and would struggle to think of anything else we didn't like.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Barcelona. Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable, and the staff provided attentive service throughout our stay.

We had an issue with the window in our room, which opened several times during the night due to strong winds and couldn’t be fixed. The alternative room offered was too noisy, so we had to use a chair to block the window. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered us a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast options were quite limited and didn’t provide much for vegans.

overall …satisfactory…but the coffee machine flavor could be greatly improved on.

The shower was dangerous…and it was an old narrow tub with rounded sides that need a plastic mat in for seniors. Also, and this is funny, there is a ‘notice…telling you to take 4 min showers’…however the hot water takes 5 mins to a warm temperature? Also, it’s difficult to find the hot water…so you have to go up for 5 mins,,,,middle for 5 mins… and down for 5 mins… the view from the balcony wasn’t well represented in the photos online…. The view was not appealing, and construction to one side and peopledrying their laundry throughout area. . So our idea of having appetizers or drinks on balcony…was instead filled with a bad view and neighbours smoking on patio through our stay which is difficult for people with asthma.

The Europark was very comfortable, clean and in an excellent location for us. All the staff were very friendly and appeared genuinely happy to help. Our bed was enormous and extremely comfortable and we were given complimentary breakfast for the duration of our weekend stay (which made our special weekend even more special). The choice was extensive and the dining room staff were absolutely lovely. We travelled as a group of friends celebrating a landmark birthday and the Europark was the best place to stay for this event. We all had an amazing time.

The only thing we missed whilst staying at the Europark was the lack of a coffee machine in our room and for the standard and price of this hotel we expected to find one. - the coffee in our room was dreadful!

The water pressure on the 4th floor is super weak. There was no hot/warm from the tap/faucet, we used cold water to get unready during our stay. The housekeeping staff were a bit careless/lousy - forgot to put 2 bottles of water in our room; didn’t change the dirty trash; left dirty towels on our suitcase, did not put more toilet paper; weird cord falling out from the ceiling on the last day
