Fantastic location. 5 minute walk to multiple shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and cosy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, nothing was a problem for them, always happy to help us. (Ordered taxis for us / directions etc) Check in was quick and easy. Our room was ready early so we were able to access our room earlier than 14h. Check out (12h) was also smooth. The hotel was happy to Store our luggage whilst we explored Barcelona for a few hours before heading to the airport later that afternoon. Noise could be heard from the street at night but nothing unexpected from the centre of Barcelona. It did not keep us awake or wake us in the night.

There was only one large towel and two small hand towels in the bathroom between 2 of us. We had to ask for more which was not a problem but we only realised after we had used the shower.

It is a very nice hotel, clean and practical, just what you need, good quality bed, mattress, bath, shower, sink, just everything. No unneeded decorations, no cheap art on the walls, minimalistic and warm, good materials.

We only had breakfast there the first morning and that was nothing special, so we decided to rather go for a walk and find a local, little coffeehouse that also served a croissant and was a far better option.

The hotel is renovated (it is a historical building) in the industrial style. It has a cozy vibe, and just near the hotel you can find at least 3 excelent restaurants/bars to chill. Very good breakfast, you can for sure find 2-3 things that are suitable for you! We took the N17 bus from Airport and arrived really close to the place. So it is easy to find the hotel.

The area around hotel is a bit dirty and a lot of homeless people hanging out there, so it’s a bit uncomfortable to walk back to the hotel, especially in the night

It was an amazing location, the view from the room was beautiful, the room was extremely clean and had amazing facilities!! It was spacious

The customer service wasn't very helpful, when I made a request, they kept referring me to transfers. On arrival to the hotel, the man in reception wasn’t rude or disrespectful but wasn’t very welcoming.

The location and the Agustí plaza itself doesn’t feel very safe and had a lot of homeless people. Unfortunately that seems to be the case with most of Barcelona’s places around La Rambla.

Its on a square, which has a few vagrants. They certainly didn't bother us. One reception staff member a bit off hand.

It was very close to the La Rambla street which is very well connected with metro and bus stations for the whole city. Clean and tidy rooms. It's very easy to find it from the airport. The staff was very helpful as well.

It's located in front of a small square where at night there were a lot of homeless people sleeping and making some noises in the middle of the night. Didn't bother me so much, but have in mind If you are traveling with kids..

Amazing location: literally 1 minute walk from the famous bustling and tree-lined street Las Ramblas. The incredible La Boqueria markets are also 1 minute from the hotel door, as is the subway station Liceu. So easy to access all the Gaudí sites, galleries & museums, etc Lovely tall ceilings & exposed stone wall in our room; air conditioning & a safe were good to have. Balcony overlooking the narrow street was lovely. Best bakery cafe directly across the street.

No tea & coffee facilities in the room - when we asked to borrow an electric kettle & teacups, we had to pay a €20 cash deposit. Seemed a bit desperate when you’ve already payed €1000s in accommodation!
