Run very professionally. Good security. Helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing, extensive variety.

Slamming doors. They were really loud - enough to wake us during the night with a jump. We did let staff know. Unfortunately the loudest, most often used door was right next to our room.

The staff were AMAZING. Hands to my heart I have stayed at many 5* hotels with my work but very few have such wonderful and attentive staff. I was there for business but feel like i get to ´come home´ each evening. The breakfast was truly superb as well and fix all my needs. I managed to make my orange americano with ice every morning and the hot a la carta dishes were yummy too. Good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, cheese and cold cuts, bread, hot breakfasts are available. The room was spacious and has a nice view of la Rambla, which is so peaceful early in the morning and the location makes it super easy for business travellers with little time for shopping. Despite the occupancy was high they really tried to offer a later check out and then I could use the shower at gym before flight and hotel´s storage to keep my stuffs safe.

The only downside was the noise from the construction outside of the hotel which understandably is outside of the hotel´s control. However I would have appreciated a communication about this in advance as it doest affect my sleep as a later riser. However I truly enjoy my stay and if/when returning to BCN, I will stay at this hotel again.

Location was excellent, room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Went up to the roof top bar which was good friendly service.

The breakfast dishes were cold in the restaurant, egg bacon, sausage, mushrooms for 4 days were cold. There were food flies flying around the croissants.

The hotel tried to make me pay in advance by a link they sent in a Booking message, threatening with canceling the reservation. A Booking consultant confirmed that it was unjustified and no payment in advance was really required.

Had. lovely spacious room with balcony facing La Rambla with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Excellent location for all our activities. Staff were super helpful and lovely. We loved our stay. Will definitely stay again.

My partner and I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and were quite disappointed with our experience. Firstly, when we arrived, we discovered that our shower was broken. The receptionist was not receptive to our complaint and initially refused to acknowledge the issue. After the maintenance person eventually fixed the shower, he left the bathroom and our room in a mess. When we informed the receptionist, she got angry and was reluctant to send someone to clean it up. Later that night, we found a cockroach in the bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant. Additionally, the air-conditioning control was almost useless; the room stayed either too hot or too cold despite our attempts to adjust it. To make matters worse, the electric kettle in the room was leaking water, creating a mess on the table.

On a positive note, the hotel is very conveniently located near the city center. However, given the numerous issues we faced, I would choose a different hotel for our next stay.

Oasis of chic & clean on La Rambla in a hot summer day. Amazing breakfast, comfortable beds, spotless clean bathroom, water chocolates and wine as arrival gifts, profesional staff. Didnt find the noise from the street disturbing, we slept like babies .

ongoing construction work and consequent restrictions on passage, noise, and dust - the second and definitive phase of the renovation of Barcelona's most globally renowned promenade has begun in June 2024, which will last for almost three years; at the time of our visit, july 2024, the acces was a bit restricted with works just in front of the hotel;

We arrived quite early and couldn’t check in right away, but the receptionist, was incredibly kind and offered to store our luggage. The hotel’s location in the heart of the city was fantastic, making it easy to explore. The cleanliness and security of the hotel were impressive; you can’t get in without a room key or ringing the bell. Plus, there’s a supermarket right in front and plenty of shops nearby. La Boqueria Mercat is also just a short walk away, which was a real highlight of our trip. Upon checking-in, Diana made our experience exceptional. From the moment we checked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and was genuinely helpful. Her professionalism set a positive tone for our stay. The room was a bit small, but it suited our needs perfectly and was spotless. We even received a sweet note from the team, which was such a thoughtful touch—though we couldn’t remember who prepared it. The hotel also features a rooftop bar and a gym, both very clean. A special shout-out to the bartender who made the best Piña Colada! We can’t thank the team enough for their outstanding service and look forward to returning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Las Ramblas ! The room was spacious, with a large and modern bathroom that added to the comfort of the experience. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Las Ramblas, close to Plaza Cataluña, Mercat de La Boqueria with a perfect view of the bustling street ! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They have a very cute roof top terrace with amazing views of the city. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy Barcelona to the fullest !

Only if you are a light sleeper, rooms facing Las Ramblas might not be the best choice, as it is a busy street. We did not mind though.
