The location was very nice and was convenient to a Metro station. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked that breakfast was available from 7 am-11 am. We appreciated the water fountain available on the 2nd and 4th floors, it even had a sparkling water option! We also enjoyed sitting out on the patio and having drinks.

We think the air conditioning in our room was not working very well. The room was pretty warm and the rest of the hotel seemed cooler. However, we did not follow up with the staff about it as we were not in the room very much.

We enjoyed our stay at Tres Torres in Barcelona. The hotel was in a lovely residential location. Our room was very comfortable and we particularly liked being able to refill our bottled water from the hotel's special water taps - either still or sparkling. This saved us having to constantly buy water in plastic bottles. It was also my husband's birthday and the reception staff gave him a card and a muffin with a candle for his birthday - a nice touch. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. All the staff we met were pleasant and very helpful.

There was really nothing we didn't like but it is always appreciated when a hotel room also supplies a box of tissues in the bathroom.

The location was very close to the subway. It's slightly uphill from the station, but not too much trouble. Great neighbourhood, I felt very safe as a solo traveller. The room was up-to-date, spacious, and comfortable. The whole place smells great, which is always a great sign. Overall, much better than I expected from a three-star hotel.

I didn't buy the breakfast so I don't know about its quality, but I did have dinner which was pretty average -- very small selection and mediocre taste.

This hotel is in a wonderful and safe neighborhood and was close to where I needed to go. It is a 4 minute walk from the underground train and takes about 20 mins to reach Pl. Catalunya with this public transportation. The breakfast offered variety of sweet, savory and fresh, and the coffee was very good. The staff was very helpful with every question and friendly. The rooms were clean and had all amenities working. The kitchen offered food and drinks if you needed a quick bite and a sip.

This is the place we felt most satisfied with during our nearly 3-week journey. Although we are not too close to the center, we can get to the center from the metro station a few hundred meters walk from the accommodation. Our room was cleaned every day, towels changed and bath soap and shampoo refilled. The person in charge and staff are super nice, informative and always willing to help. Reception service is open almost 24/7. Although not too diverse, the food is quite delicious and cheap.

It's hard to find anything not to like.

Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were very clean, everyday the staff cleaned it very nicely! Location is also great - a metro station is nearby, and you can reach the city centre quite fast. There’s also some bus stops which can be used as an alternative. We’re also really grateful to the receptionists, who were very kind and friendly to us. A big thank you to the receptionist Andrea who checked us in and out with a huge smile, very friendly chats and great vibe :) Also thanks to the receptionist Victoria for kind chats and great vibe as well!

The hotel was really good, clean, and comfortable with a standard breakfast. The towels were changed every day and the room was clean. In the room, we had a table and a big wardrobe. In the hotel, they had free water refilling machines, and the staff was nice and helpful, when we arrived a girl at the reception told us about interesting places to visit in Barcelona. The hotel is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, often we came home late and the streets were comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was good too and nearby is a really good Korean restaurant named Corea.

We were unable to change the temperature of the AC, and it kept blowing cold air directly onto the beds. As a result, after returning home sweaty from the heat, we had no choice but to turn it off to avoid getting cold. Regarding the location, it is a bit far from the main tourist attractions. However, within a 4-minute walk, there is a metro station and a bus station, which allows for easy access to transportation. It takes approximately 20 minutes to reach the city center from there.

I know this hotel well and stay here often as it is in an area where I have friends, away from the bustle of the city centre. It is a nice residential area with a market round the corner and shops nearby. There are good bus connections to the tourist part of the town and the metro and trains are nearby. I used their car park for the first time; a narrow entrance but fine overall.

For some reason, when I checked in the person on reception couldn't find my booking for ages. It wasn't clear why.

The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke very good English. They were happy to help us out with any questions we had and even helped keep our luggage safe while we went on a day trip outside of Barcelona (we were checking back in the following day). The room was spacious, comfy and had a table, kettle, closet, air conditioning and free wifi. There are several water taps around the hotel with room temperature, chilled or sparkling options for you to fill up your water bottle with. The hotel is a outside the main city centre of Barcelona so it was very quiet but still relatively easy to get to by bus. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Barcelona!

The restaurant options nearby are a little limited however you will be fine if you are happy to explore or plan to head into the city centre. Otherwise we were very happy with everything!

The location is very accessible and in a quiet area. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed in our room. I really appreciated tea, coffee, and a fridge in the room. The staff were nice and helpful, I have arrived in the middle of the night, and there were no problems checking in.

The furniture in my room is really old and it is time to replace it. Although it is functional, it just looks very weathered. Could use a bit more lights in the room.
