Beautiful new hotel, 28 rooms small. Our superiour room on the top floor was great! Small staff, but very friendly. I recommend using the online check-in en check-out that is offered to all guests. Breakfast buffet was good, so is the half-board option. The menu changes daily and offers three starters, main dishes and deserts. I think the price is now 19,5 pp if you do not pre-order.

Very hard to find parking space near the hotel. I would recommend coffee and tea facilities in the rooms.

Breakfast was excellent, a good choice of Spanish meats, cheeses, bread and pastries. Fresh orange juice and good quality coffee to start the day. The hotel was clean, centrally located with a mini supermarket 50 metres for water and snacks. We chose Ordizia as it was close to San Sebastián (we recommend taking the park and ride which is free from parking Illunbe in the summer months and weekends the rest of the year) and Vitoria Gasteiz. Pamplona could also be visited but we didn’t have time to go there.

My stay at Hotel Ordizia was enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the convenient location made exploring easy. The staff's friendliness, especially at the restaurant, added a personal touch. While the food options were limited, the overall experience was positive.

While my stay at Hotel Ordizia was generally pleasant, I did find the food options to be limited. The menu at the restaurant lacked variety, which could be improved for a more satisfying dining experience.

Poor sweet breakfast, only some small croissants that some morning were not available anymore, biscuits and bread with marmalade. No cakes or bigger croissants or donuts...

Easy to find. Very good location. Clean and comfortable. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The restaurant offered great value, dinner was very tasty indeed. We had the most amazing view of the iconic peak of Txindoki from our room and from the rooftop bar area. A good base for visiting the Aralar National Park.

We loved hotel. It was v clean & in great location. Staff very nice....Julen at Reception so helpful, Rafael great fun & nice, & other lady sorry not get name on breakfast duty so nice. Breakfast was lovely.

We didnt eat in restaurant as in the basement! No window or outside light.

- location is great - extremely comfy mattress, proper selection of good quality beddings - the staff (all the 4 members i met) were fantastic, helping as much as they could, then some more - excellent breakfast - open parking just behind the hotel - a couple of really nice beer options - a nice, wide shower, with soft towels to match

- electricity is on only when in the room, with the card inserted. this prevents electricity waste, but also does not allow for tablet/smartphone to be charged a bit during a stroll outside. i would like a usb plug always charged, card or not - the single bed room has the "wardrobe" (an open structure in wood and steel) only 5 (five!) fingers away from the bed: there is an high chance to hit the structure during sleeping. i slid the bedside table out and shifted the bed closer to the wall, problem solved - dinner main course had a fancy name, but reality was much simpler. still good enough (even excellent when price is factored) but expectations were higher - light on the bathroom mirror was broken (main was ok), which called for an almost "no-look" shave

Breakfast was as typical of the area. Lady very helpful providing just hot water and milk for "English" tea.

Should think about providing a kettle for tea/coffee in the room. Surprised such a new hotel didn't have USB sockets in the rooms.

Breakfast which was included was very basic and the pastry was not enough for the guests , but the coffee was quite good.

The hotel seemed quite new, and was very nice and modern. We arrived by car, and it was possible to find free parking nearby. The (included) breakfast was among the best during our round trip in the Basque area. We arrived very late in the evening, due to some problems on a hiking trip, and were afraid we couldn't get in to the hotel after 10 p.m. However, luckily, someone from the staff was waiting for us to let us in.
