Quiet location with good views, roughly 5-minutes walk from town centre and beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Generous breakfast choices. Comfortable bed. Effective and quiet air con. Private terrace with view. Small rooftop pool and sun deck is a bonus. Excellent standard of cleanliness. Good value for a three-star hotel including free parking and breakfast.

A few minor details need attending to in room 412: worn external paintwork on wooden terrace partitions; chipped paint on toilet roll holder in bathroom; sliding door to terrace did not open smoothly. Shower over (small) bathtub is not ideal - a walk-in shower would be better as getting into/out of bathtub is a bit awkward due to tight space in bathroom.

The room we had (Double with terrace) was lovely and decent, with nice terrace. Nothing special for this money, but pleasant. Breakfast was on the 3rd floor, in the nicely decorated area and it was nice, that there were local Spanish products. The breakfast area has nice view, but also access to the outside terrace and garden, which are just beautiful. The vibe is intimate and relaxed. Hotel is located in walking distance to the city center, Port Lligat and marina with beaches & restaurants. There is a 2-rows parking in front of the hotel. On one of the evenings we came back late, so there was no place, but receptionist was kind to advise us a different parking nearby. We had no chance to go on the roof terrace due to our busy agenda and because it has a certain time schedule.

On one of the nights the wind outside was very strong, so there was a lot of noise coming from the terrace and roof. that was pretty annoying, but understandable as the hotel is not new. We had to unplug TV, as it ha a light which is quite bright and disturbing - the TV is hanging on the wall, so it gives a filling you are sleeping under a kind of lamp. A the building is quite old, we could hear neighbors sometimes. And of course it would be nice if hotel has more parking places.

Great location, quiet residential street, a bit away from touristic paths. Can hear birds singing at the evening. 5 mins walk to the central beach Easy access by car to/from carretera, no need to drive busy small streets. Free parking with cameras, very safe. There is a night guard. Reception 24 hours. Very friendly lady at the reception. Rooms with terrace/balcony to sit in the eve, fridge, aircon, new bathroom, comfy beds, plenty of pillows, very quiet. Cleaning every day. Swimming pool in the roof, sitting area, observation deck. Really a jem. Not first time we stayed, not the last one!

Rooftop view was great. The pool that’s up there would be fun to hang out at during nice weather, but the wind was howling during our stay, so it wouldn’t have been pleasant. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

No coffee in room or complementary at least at the reception. But it’s a short walk down the hill to lots of options. Breakfast was available for purchase at the hotel. Shower in our room was a tight fit and awkward angle. It’d be nice if the rooftop was open early enough to watch the sunrise. It doesn’t open til 1000.

Very attractive quality/price ratio: a comfortable double room with terrace; quiet and effective air con; cosy king-size bed; rooftop pool/solarium and chill-out sofas; mature, tree-shaded garden and attractive outdoor seating areas; TV/games room; very generous buffet breakfast; and parking - all for about 100 euros a night at end of season. Good standards of cleanliness, very friendly and accommodating staff, nice views and a quiet edge-of-town location less than 10 minutes walk from beach, bars, shops and restaurants.

A few signs of wear in the room: scuffed paintwork, rusty toilet roll holder in bathroom. Some minor exterior wear and tear - flaking paint on woodwork etc. No bar although there's a free hot drinks machine and coin-operated soft drinks/beer fridge.

It was all wonderful - the daytime staff was lovely, friendly and very helpful (with our poor Spanish), and our room was spectacular, with fabulous views across to the church, the town, the mountains and glimmer of bay through the trees. It was very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was magnificient, and overall fantastic value for money - much cheaper than an Airbnb, which we didn't want to use for ethical reasons (Airbnbs are ruining the availability of affordable rentals). Location also fantastic, only 5 min walk into the town.

Hardly complaints because everthing else was so great, but there was no coffee-making facilities in the room, the hairdryer didn't work and the extractor fan in the bathroom could be better.

The workers at the reception are fantastic. Reminds how it feel when service providers wants you to feel welcomed. The room is big, contains a small fridge and has a stunning view to the ocean. The parking lot helped a lot. The rooftop was great as well - great for sunbathing.

It was a bit smelly when first entering the room but nothing too strong. After a few minuets with the balcony open it was ok. Pool is a bit small but still nice to have.

Location elevated with a ten minute walk down to the sea front. Host very informative and friendly, room on the small size very clean, but had a large wardrobe, bathroom and balcony. Breakfast only, in the diner with views of the sea, very well presented and a large choice to eat. Motorcycle parking outside the hotel under trees in the shade.

The staff was very nice. I like to location because he had to walk a little to my patio.

No screen on the patio door so bugs would come in. No coffee in the room or no hot water in the room to make tea. Swimming pool area had no personality Furnishings a little beat up in the room.

We liked the situation of the hotel WITH PARKING! No need to drive into the windy streets of the town, the hotel was on the outer road but an easy walk to the centre.

Nothing was missing. The room was pleasant and clean with a little terrace. Very comfortable.
