Absolutely amazing vacation!! We had a room with sea view from balcony and it was definitely worth it. I recommend this type of room. You can see all this georgeous sunrise almost right from your bed :-) Room was very clean, all necessary accessories were available. Lady from cleaning service was very nice and polite. Comfy bed, good working A/C, large space in bedroom also in the bathroom. There is also a cozy sitting in balcony with direct view on the beach and sea waves :-) There is a private pool, with enough sunbeds for hotel's customers, also you can pay for your private "bali sunbed" for 12€/day (enough space for 2-3 people, or family with children) and non-alcoholic drinks/cocktails included. You can borrrow hotel's towels for beach/pool for deposit 15€/person, and you can change them daily. Waiters in the pool bar were very friendly and polite.... actually, all staff we met was really amazing, smiling and helpful... 5*/5* !! Beautiful sandy beach was 1 min walking from hotel. Centre of Cala Millor was ca 10 - 15 minutes walking. Every day there were an animation or some kind of program, aqua zumba/cocktail game/karaoke show/mini disco show for children and evening show for adults (e.g.flamenco show, magic show,..) Food in the restaurant was really amazing... a lot of choices, you could find there really everything - a lot of local food, sea food, also continental food, fruits and vegetables, pasta, a plenty options of meat, rice, cakes, sweets, ice-cream, appetizers, for breakfast also all kinds of juices and limonades, quesadilla, crepes and churros, scrambled eggs and toasts. There was a lot of choices for everyone, even if you're vegan, vegetarian or "carnivor" :-) Food was always warm, staff took care properly to add it continuously.

- A lot of german tourists, therefore personal spoke mostly german/spanish. - Trinkgeld cash only. - It was also unusual that pool closure time was at 18:00, although pool bar was open till midnight.

Great hotel with clean rooms, very friendly staff, great food (breakfast and dinner) with lots of choices and a great location right on the promenade. Parking was no issue. There are a lot of free parking spaces around the hotel. The price (off season) was more than fair for what the hotel had to offer. We will be coming back for sure.

The beds are very soft and the mattress soggy. Everything is clean, it's only that it's not that comfortable. The gym could be updated a bit and made more welcoming.

Staff were very helpful and nice. The food buffet is excellent.

The outdoor pool is not heated

The food was great, fresh and good quality. The breakfast was more or less the same with a good variety of options (great coffee from the coffee machine). Dinner was exceptional with new options every day. Room was nicely cleaned everyday. Great amenities and very friendly staff at the reception. Nice and quiet location at the end of Cala Millor, great for calm and relaxing family vacation.

Location is great (close to the beach, but not in the most crowded area, parking in the streets around was also easy). Our room had the perfect view to the sea, that was by far the highlight of our holidays. Breakfast buffet had great variety and good quality. We rented a Stand-Up-Paddle, which can be done directly at the reception. Staff is also very friendly.

Furniture of the room could need some rework / replacement. AC was working (and very effective), but once the balcony door was opened (to which a sensor was attached to), it needed to be closed / opened 2-3 times before it starts again.

Great breakfast buffet, very helpful and friendly staff and nice location right on the beach! The rooms were great with a huge deck and amazing view of the water

over an hour away if you want to visit anything else on the island ( not the hotels fault, just something to be aware of )

A perfect place for staying ! The food so yummy like never before in any other place ! Excellent, polite and warm- hearted staff ! The spot itself worth visiting !many attractions for children outside! Perfect shopping places ! A long promenade for walking or bicycle rides! Highly recommended !

No negative aspects ! Only positive ones !

It's a fabulous and beautiful hotel. Breakfast, dinner, room with a sea view, and staff were amazing. The receptionist was very helpful. We requested vegetarian food for dinner. The staff ensured that the menu had a few vegetarian items that were very tasty. The rooms are big. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the hotel. They also have a play area where they had chess and table tennis. Indeed a very good choice for those who want to relax at Palma!

The wi-fi connection was intermittent.

Superb value for money. My room was beautifully clean and had everything that I needed. The balcony was also lovely. I wish I’d have more time to use the spa area because that looked great too! Breakfast was amazing - more options that I thought possible at the buffet!

I could not see an option for half-board when I booked the hotel. The option to pay for the dinner buffet at the hotel was a little out of my price range, and it being a Sunday and January, there weren’t many other options available.

The sauna and the steam room were open only for a short time The heating in my room malfunctioned twice but they sorted it in the end. If you rent a bike, check it first, not all of them work well. Transfer from the airport not so good unless you take a taxi or rent a car. It took a bus, a train and a bus for me.
