The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly and happy, the food was at a good standard, as I’m quite fussy with quality. The hotel is 5 mins from the beach, so we would go for a swim and come back in our towels. The room was cleaned every day and was very nice. The pool area is quiet no music blaring out, and plenty of sun beds this time of year so no rushing to get one. They had entertainment 3 times the week we were there, singers which were enjoyable. It was a perfect chilled holiday, shops, bars and restaurants near by. A great hotel choice if you like the above.

The pool doesn’t open until 10am.. would be nicer a little earlier. The hot tub in the gym isn’t very powerful, probably needs replacing. This is being really picky!! As it really is great.

Huge hotel, but never felt crowded which is nice. Great location, close to the beach. Room had a large terrace with sun loungers. Very good food, plenty of choices and quite tasty. Staff is friendly.

With half board, you have to pay extra for all drinks at dinner time, even water. I understand charging for alcohol but water? Especially as you serve it at breakfast anyway.. Our bathroom had a bad smell coming from the drains, but keeping aircon on helped a lot. Also for me personally (but this is subjective), the bed was very uncomfortable, mattress is too soft

Clean room. Close to the beach. Big shower, big bed, big TV. Fridge in the room. Beach towels provided. Nice pool bar and pool area. We paid for breakfast on two mornings and it was lovely. Staff were lovely.

The sun loungers are black and metallic so I burned myself a few times. Outdoor jacuzzi wasn't working. 407 was the room we had which is beside where the cleaning staff have their trolleys so every morning from 7am onwards there was banging and loud noises so we were woken early every morning which is annoying when you're on holiday. The rooms also aren't soundproof.

the best positives points are: - amazing food with great quality and the chef is cooking exceptionnal, the best from all picafort after several hotel tried - some bedrooms are nicely renovated - beds are confortable (best we found in around 10 different hotels) -adult only - team services from the cleaning ladies, reception, bar are all very kind and always tries to satisfy you - the last floor sauna and hamman with see view , jacuzzi are really amazing

- we would have like being warned when we arrived that we have the right for cold water in half board . it wouod have prevent us from buying and carrying lots of water bottle to the bedroom - more animation the evening will be better - being more strict at the swimming to forbid the booking of sunbed by people who do not have ‘ savoir-vivre’

I love the calmness of the place! The staff were all so friendly and the service was amazing. Spending the day's by the pool was excellent. I got the half board and both the dinner and the breakfast buffets were insane. Really good value! Would absolutely recommend.

The aircon was really noisy, and I could hear what sounded like washing machines in the morning. But other than that, can't fault!

The hotel was clean, quiet and cozy, the staff was really good and helpful. Also no non sense attitude across the board which is rare these days, we had a couple of extra requests that the staff accommodated without issues. Food was great with lot of variety of options for both breakfast and dinner. The location is superlative, just few steps from the beach and main pedestrian zones.

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff were very nice and helpful, they also offered us a shower room when we couldn't get late checkout.

The place isn't really close to the Alcudia port and transport is not close by. We ended up renting a car to move around. The pool is relatively small too, but the beach is nearby and there's plenty of space there.

The location is the highest point to this hotel, very well located near the Can Picafort beach and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The staff incredibly kind and Gabriel from the reception super nice and friendly, well recommeded! The breakfast with many options for all the different cultures.

The size of the room, shower and air conditioning too noisy.

The fitness center didn't have any air circulation. The hot tub created warm, moist air that was not good for working out in the same room.

The location is superb, just a few minutes wander to the beach. Shops and beach bars are all around. Hotel seems newly renovated, spacious and bright lobby. Rooms not big, but comfortable beds. Staff is very kind and helpful. The pool area is calm, good for relax. 5* for the food. Great variety for breakfast and dinner. Each evening differently themed dinner, so during 7 days stay there were only a few of repeated dishes. And I liked the fact that it is an adult hotel. Well spent time here. Overall good value for money.

Only few minor disappointments: pool and it's area seems too little, loungers are occupied most of the time. Very few activities to do at hotel. Few gym equipment. Air conditioner could have better temperature control as mine was blowing too cold air and I could not adjust it. Room's sound isolation is weak, doors of the room makes big noise if closing without care - you can hear someone closes it at the other end of the corridor.
