The room was comfortable and clean, and I had had a nice view. I loved being able to have a drink out on the patio and servers taking your order. The location was great, a walk through the lobby, the outdoor deck and then you are at the beach. Additionally, we were so close to shopping, restaurants and it was a mere walk to the bus station to get to Barcelona,; it was very easy. I was very grateful for the ladies at check in as they helped me sort a lot of things out. I really hope I can bring my family back here from the US.

The restaurant only offered a fixed price for food, and dinner was a buffet. Although they had a small bar that offered grab and go items. That was mainly my only dislike and it wasn't terrible. I just didn't want to pay the price of a buffet for food I knew I wouldn't eat. So I did spend my money at other places for food.

You have direct access to the beach from the hotel. - Nicely furnished, large rooms with an exceptional sea view; - Very friendly and helpful staff; - Tasty breakfast with lots of options; - Pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel last year and decided to return this year. The decision was worth it. Would return again.

The sink in our room wasn’t working very well, but it did not affect much our stay. Overall the facilities are well maintained.

1. The personnel of the reception were super kind and helpful (+24h reception so you could also go out and come back whenever you liked). 2. The cleaners came everyday around 13:00 ‘o clock, which was perfect since we would be out on trips or swimming. The room was perfect everytime we came back. 3. You only had to step out of the hotel to immediately find the beach. The beach was very clean and the water was lovely! 4. The centre is approximately a 10 min walk (there you can also find a pharmacy) and there were supermarkets in a 5 min walk radius.

There is a busstation in Platja d’Aro from where you can travel to Barcelona (for example). If you want to make use of this busline, be sure to buy your bustickets on time at the busstation itself. In this busstation they work with appointed seats and the bus only leaves every 1,5 hour. If all the seats are taken, you will have to wait for the next available time slot.

A large dog friendly hoteright on the beach, ideal location for swimming. It has a restaurant onsite (there are many along the seafront). Friendly reception, parking 30 meters away. We had booked a basic room - with side view of the sea-, which was good enough for 2 nights as it is not exactly large.

When we went into our room, the musty smell was overpowering as there was a serious leak coming from the ceiling. I am surprised that the room hadn't been checked beforehand, as the ceiling was stained enough (the issue was not new, according to me..). We were given a fresh room, but lost 45 minutes in the process...

Hip, trendy hotel with big windows so a lot of daylight. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very good. Rooms were light and modern, we had a refurbished lateral sea view room. The “bathroom” was a bit tidy with only toilet and shower while the washing bassin was in the bedroom, we thought this was not so comfortable privacy wise.

Dogs were allowed in the hotel so almost every morning there was a pee on the stairs leading outside or on the decorating flowerpots.

Location right on the beach, and 5 minutes walk to main street where all the restaurants are. Nice breakfast buffet. Pool was nice although not too big. Pet friendly. Small fridge in the room.

The room was quite small and didn't have coffee facilities.

Very nice room with ocean view and tasty buffet breakfast with a lot to choose from. The design of the room is amazing and the room was also very clean.

All was good - just maybe to have USB sockets for those who do not have EU chargers. It was a bit of a struggle charging my devices as I did not have a converter with me and sometimes the hotel reception did not have one available

it was a back and forth with the booking misunderstanding, finally Anna from guest services sorted it out, didn´t cause a fuss and turn a potential bad experience into a brilliant one, Anna deserves a lot of credit for her great customer relation skills

After I made the booking, I was notified that I would be in a "non-upgraded room" this caused a fuss as you can imagine as no one likes a bait and switch, however after the back and forth with booking support and the hotel, this was rectified.

Our stay was enjoyable overall and the location and staff were great. However, there are a few areas where management could make improvements. It would be beneficial to provide an iron in each room instead of having them shared among guests. Additionally, the bathroom was quite small and not very convenient. The layout for handwashing, toothbrushing, and eye care was also not ideal.

We've got a Free upgrade which was actually more suitable for our family. Thanks Lidia for this detail. The view from the room, easy access to the beach. Clean hotel, simple nice decor, nice staff...

Very small bathroom, couldn't take a shower to my baby, but we were there only for one night, so it was not a big issue. And there were no slippers and the floor was very cold, but again for one night not a big deal..
