Central location close to many restaurants and the centre of Ciutadella. Room was very comfortable with a balcony which gave us a view of the cathedral and the windmill. There was also a rooftop terrace and cocktail bar with a similar outlook. It was lovely to return in the evening and sit out in the sunshine. The room was bright and airy. Shower was excellent and bed was very comfortable. There was a great variety of food for breakfast and everything was replenished frequently. We also liked the sweets at reception. It was difficult to pass by without helping ourselves to a few..... All the staff were very helpful and looked after us very well. Special mention to Moi. We travel a lot and Hostal Menurka is up there as one of our favourite places to stay and we would highly recommend.

One very small suggestion, on the top floor the lights in the corridor stayed on all night. It would be helpful if they were on a timer to save electricity.

The room and the part of the city the hotel was in. Very close too the center but not in in the busy parts. The room was a good size for someone traveling alone and had everything I needed. The breakfast was small but has enough. The sun roof has a very nice view and in pleasant to spend some time on.

The noise from other rooms. Because every room looks out over the little courtyard, it's very easy to hear what goes on in other rooms and on the sun roof, especially with the window open.

Almost everything about my stay was perfect. The staff were helpful and kind, always ensuring I knew they were available if needed. The location is excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from the center of Ciutadella. The cleaning service was also top-notch. However, the lack of soundproofing meant I could hear everything happening around me, especially conversations among the cleaning staff and others travellers (just in the morning). Overall, it was still a very good experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was excellent, and replenished throughout the service. Lots of options and good coffee 😀 Staff were very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean and fresh and the bed was big and comfortable. It's very close to the centre, but not a hassle to drive in and find parking...just some one way streets to be aware of.

Our balcony could have had a better view, but for the price it was fine.

Everything was good. Friendly staff, a nice spacious room with balcony with towels and bedding changed every day. A really exceptional breakfast especially for a small hotel, with a great variety of good quality meats, cheeses, cakes, fruit , breads etc. And it was great that the breakfast was included. The Manurka absolutely exceeded our expectations - we have stayed in much worse 4* hotels. Good location as we wanted to be near the town centre, with the bonus of a nearby car park with free parking (if you could find a white space!)

Fortunately we were on the first floor but the steps might have been a bit of a problem to the second and third floors.

Nice and helpful staff, they helped a lot - from solving the room issue to giving tips and info about the buses, car rental and cultural events. Very nice breakfast and excellent location in the heart of Ciutadella.

It seems there are two standards of the rooms. Looks like single bedrooms have lower standard, and its not easy to understand it from the room description and photos.

Breakfast was excellent! Location was excellent and general our whole experience was as it should be. Totally recommend it.

Our room was next to the kitchen and when the lady was preparing the breakfast at 08.00 was waking us up. It was bad luck since, I believe its the only room that you can hear the noises from the kitchen.

I don't usually write reviews but this place really exceeded my expectations. It was a very "homey" enviornment where every single staff member went out of their way to help me with excursions, transportation, etc. It was in the perfect locations, very clean and comfortable, beautiful terrace. Everything was perfect and a great price.

very clean and the staff were really friendly. the patio upstairs to see the sunset and have some snacks was a nice touch!

asked for a cab the evening prior for 9am the next morning. I don’t think they actually called the cab until the next morning when I asked where our cab was at 905. cab did not arrive until 9:20am.

The staff was super welcoming and friendly, breakfast was nice, the rooftop is also lovely.

The single room doesn't have a real window and thus very little light (which I knew before). If you are as unfortunate as I am to be a light sleeper, the nights are difficult- you hear every noise from the other guests. (Which, to be fair, is similar in other Spanish hostels or hotels too)
