The hotel has lots of old world charm from another era. The public places are very ornate. My room and ensuite were quite spacious and well funished but a little tired around the edges. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. The public areas were spacious and thriving with guests but not overcrowded. Most of the staff we encountered spoke no English, but they were none the less helpful and obliging. Ample car parking space in the hotel courtyard. The C roads that we rode from Teruel to Burgo that day were simply stunning. +70 miles of motorcycling heaven.

For a hotel with such a grand design, the evening food choices were poor.. Only basic pub food. There are lots of places to eat locally, but again, the choice of cuisine was quite limited. Probably because of the Spanish tradition of having the main meal of the day at lunchtime. Overall, we found that the local facilities in El Burgo de Osma were pretty basic but OK for an overnight stop .

The hotel offered cafeteria service apart from breakfast buffet which we found very convenient in comparison to other hotels that close the cafeteria during breakfast time giving you just the option to pay full breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and overall, the experience was very good.

The bathroom smelled like tobacco, someone had probably been smoking on previous stays. It was uncomfortable. The rest was all very good.

Great situation: the front off the main road with easy parking but backing onto the old town. Rooms comfortable, ours with good view of tower and storks nest. Good food in the separate restaurant and good value.

Rather a walk to the restaurant ( it was raining). Staff not the warmest in the hotel ( restaurant staff much friendlier).

Hotel is in a good location for the plaza Mayor. We parked our car opposite near the bus station. There is a good choice for breakfast. We ate at the hotel's partner restaurant a few meters down the road which was ok but didn't have much atmosphere.

the 3 beds fitted in well and the chandelier was very pretty. The oldness and conversion was very good

the restaurant wa 200 metres away from the hotel and the steak for our daughter was not good. the man serving in the bar was not very helpful

The hotel has so much character, beautiful details through the whole hotel. The rooms modest but nice and clean, good beds, good shower, we parked easily nearby

The hotel was lovely views spectacular staff friendly food good. Our bathroom shower was very old and awkward to use so were the basin taps needs updated bathrooms especially as we booked a superior room.

The staff, room, facilities and breakfast were all very good indeed, as was the location and parking.

The air cooler in our room did not work very well and we were left extremely hot overnight when the weather was very hot outside (40+ during the day, 30 overnight).
