The hotel is lovely and staff were very welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. There's also nice cafeteria near the main reception area.
On arrival it seemed to take a long time for formalities to be completed and keys issued. Hotel is located some distance from the port area - starting point of the Camino Ingles.

Room was comfortable. Reception staff very helpful. Location was good. Cafe was good and open right through from 8.00am- 11pm.
The room we were initially allocated had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. However, when we requested a different room the staff sorted this for us quickly.

Great location for those who travel by train. It’s about a 5-minute walk away from the train station and right next to Plaza España. There are stores, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Floors are covered with carpet, and it’s not in its best state everywhere. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Beautiful, detailed hotel. Easy walking distance to bus station, tourist info, and port where Camino Ingles starts /Pilgrim Info office in Ferrol. Comfortable, clean, spacious room with AC. Restaurant and Cafe on site.

Modern hotel just 3 mins’ walk from the station. Comfortable clean rooms. Super-friendly, helpful and hard-working staff. Nice cafe-bar on the ground floor.
