The rooms, the facilities, the restaurant and the bar with the fireplace is very nixw

The shuttle only takes you to Sextas and not to Anayet - that was not clear at all when we made the reservation- then we were forced to take our car every day with no space for skies. The hydro massage bathtub was not working.

The location of the Hotel is for me the best they have. Breakfast was great and staff (although clearly understaffed) was nice. Good hotel for families, although I wasn't very comfortable in the common areas with the Covid Measures...hardly anybody was wearing a mask and clearly overcrowded... although times are hard, you can't expect them to sacrifice some income.

The room hadn't been cleaned properly (the amount of dust was incredible, nothing I've seen before). For some reason, every room has a Hydro-Massage System in the bath and if anybody turns it on (your next-door neighbours) you get the feeling that your whole room has been put into an industrial AC system! The noise is astonishing! Even the beds would tremble. I read what another guest mentioned about the noise in the rooms, and yes, you hear can EVERYTHING for the rooms next-door, the conversations, toilet use... I don't quite understand how Hotels are soundproofed...

Exception staff. Great view from the bar/restaurant. Great buffet breakfast with lots of variety.

The spa bath was a tad narrow and it was a little confusing to find because there are two SNO accommodations

The staff are absolutely excellent. Limited English but very friendly and helpful. I could park easily outside (summer stay).

The room was too hot and the buffet dinner not great.

Superb facilities and location as you would expect from a spa hotel in a ski resort. We visit d out of season (September) and found the hotel fantastic.

What’s not to like.

wonderful service and prime location overlooking the mountains. would highly recommend

the only slight issue was that the rooms were quite warm and there was no AC. I understand it’s more of a winter hotel and it may have been unusually warm when we were there, but it did feel a bit too warm during the night. we had to keep the balcony door open so we could sleep.

The spa facilities which include swimming pool is not inclusive and at a cost of €25 per adult and €15 per child for an hour! we chose this hotel on the basis that we could use the pool as an inclusive package.

The reception staff did not explain the requirements for our stay with regards to skiing at all when checking in and at the check out process we were not asked about our stay at all.

Everything. Great location, great hotel, excellent staff. I should stay more. It is a lovely part of Spain and a great location. Nothing to complain about except from lack of time.

I was there for only a couple of days, I should stay more. It is a lovely part of Spain and a great location. Nothing to complain about except from lack of time.

Very good hotel situated in a ski resort. The village itself is a “typical” winter ski location. The hotel is still pretty new. Rooms are very nice, view on the mountains is magnificent. Buffet in the evening was really good. Staff very friendly, and they even have a room for bicycles where you can clean and lock them. As we arrived pretty late in the evening, we were unable to check out their Spa - but I guess it must be very nice as well.

Rooms were clean, quite and comfortable. The staff was really friendly.

The Spa did not work very well and we had to pay the full fee anyway. No re-inbursment offer.
